SDM at Alta Vista Ottawa has the worst pharmacy service ever experienced. They don't answer their phone; when they answer they just say hello instead of identifying themselves; doctor's faxes go missing or are not fulfilled; deliveries are not made but remain in store; etc. I've had to go there at least once a week to sort out problems. Unacceptable.
