Our technition, Jordan Mills, was on time, wore his mask, and did his job effectively and efficiently. He also shared knowledge about our equipment that I was not aware of which could help save money over time.

I've been tryin' to get this company to take our address off their mailin' list and quit sendin' us mail, but they just keep ignorin' me and sendin' us more stuff. I just want 'em to delete our info from their database and stop sendin' us mail.

Predatory practices. They charge way too much. I asked them to fix something as long as it cost less than $500. They ended up charging me $498.95 for just $60 worth of parts and 20 minutes of work. I talked to the manager and he admitted that the price of the parts and the time spent were accurate, but he refused to lower the price. I'm a military homeowner who lives out of town. Perry HVAC is not trustworthy. Arizona doesn't have any laws to protect consumers from price gouging. Be careful when dealing with them. I would have been okay with paying $200 or maybe even $250, but double that? That's just predatory. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them any less.
