This company, Pension Benefit Information, LLC, has been holding onto my 401k funds for over 3 years now. They keep asking me to mail a signed form, which I have done more than 30 times. I even sent it through certified mail to confirm they received it. But every time I call, they say they never got it. They don't offer any other options besides mailing the form, which clearly hasn't worked in the past 3 years. I just want my $19,000 401k funds that I rightfully own, but it seems like I'm not getting anywhere with this company.
