Demands pics of my drivers license front/back and my full social by unsecure means.
Letter received 4/14/26 offered to do this by US Mail all I had to do was make the request. I then put in the written request to Myira as per letter.
Then Penchecks sent me email stating they would not send paperwork until I gave them my social security number via unsecure means.
Leaves me open to horrid possibilities of identity theft. This holds onto my funds illegally. This has made my HSA Funds and both 401k's just a pyramid scheme or PONZI scheme.

Claimed loss: HSA $1766.10401k'S PENCHECKS WILL NOT LIST

Desired outcome: Send out paperwork promised by letter dated 4/2/2026 received 4/14/2026 penchecks to send out my checks for full amounts of my hsa and both 401k's.
