I dont know who the CEO thinks he is, paying himself and his workers when thousands of customers have come in with various and shocking complaints about not receiving new flight info after being cancelled or not receiving their refunds.
What a joke, when I had to cancel my flight last year due to a medical reason, I requested a refund, that time they responded straight away and offered me credit to book in future for any destination up to a certain time frame. I have queries about a new booking and can't get hold of anyone via the chat bot (which takes you round in circles)and when an agent emails, he keeps asking me to provide details of my query so I have to keep explaining the same thing over again. It has been 2 months now and my account doesn't show any credit and hence why I'm getting in touch and they keep discontinuing certain destinations that I can choose flying out from London such as - Miami and LA and due to the war situation I do not want to go to USA at the moment. They don't have any bookings for Thailand until September which doesn't align with my timings and the redemption date of the voucher is coming up soon and I can't plan anything. On top of that, I don't even feel comfortable re-booking with them as many customers have explained about poor service and the Jet fuel crisis.
