Nest New York I made an order with Nest NY on 12/15/22 for $1871,02

I made an order with Nest NY on 12/15/22 for $1871,02. I sent the package back through a local *** and an employee helped me pack the box on 1/11/23. It was supposed to be delivered on 1/17/23 but due to bad weather, it was delayed. I've tried to contact Nest several times after the package was received at the warehouse. I called, texted, and emailed them countless times, but only one of the reps finally responded and said it would take 3-5 business days for the package to be verified and refunded. As of 1/30/23, I still haven't received a refund. I tried to speak to the manager today, but they replied that I couldn't. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.
