I canceled my account with mweb as of 1st April 2026 however mweb set the release date of the line to be the 09th of April 2026.Due to the incompetence of their agents we are left without any internet services for a full 9 days. We made numerous attempts to call them spending hours in a queue that the call gets dropped. On the rare occasion we do get through the agents tell us there's nothing they can do and that the department is closed we must call back on Monday. I would highly recommend that you do not sign up with mweb. Stay away from MWEB
