Ryoka gives you a Registration Name and Password ([protected]), when you try and register your product an error message reads "incorrect password". Now, if you can't input their p/.word gien how are you able to access website to change p/word to your own?

Now, you can't access website to continue with setup. Attempts to contact Viota/Ryoka by phone or chat lines are also a waste of time. No one answers?

As instructed, I gave a number for a Call Back, that never happened either?

I think this is a total SCAM. Now when I try to get info. to return the products (yes, I bought two, one for back-up). I get transferred to a page that has nothing to do with returning my purchases. I have only had these products for three days, after downloading as much info. as possible, I realize that this product is not going to work for me. Now, I want to return items, can't reach page to get return number, as advised.
