Motel 6 Management and front desk

I called on August 14th 2020 at 3:30-4am to get room rates and check for availability. I wanted to stay from August 14th to August 16th 2020. I knew it was before the check in time for the 14th and the first question I asked the lady on the phone was if I were to check in at 4:30am if it would be considered a full night stay rate or if they had a early check in charge and if it was a full night rate, we would just wait and sleep a little in the car and check in when there was no room charge. She told me that there was enough rooms that were available she could do a half rate charge for early check in, and she told us the rate was 65.99 a night and than $32 fee for the early check in. (The sane price is on the side of there building along with WI-FI) She said the price was $159 and with taxes and fees it was $175, we were happy with this rate and booked the room. I NEVER WOULD HAVE PAID $66 $76 or $86 (all the rates we are being told from employees I have talked to since filing my complaint) for coming 7 Hours early. This is the biggest problem, because it was the first thing I asked and verified before moving forward with the actual reservation itself.
We got there about 4:30am and gave our name and ID's, when she was looking up our reservation she said that's strange your room you were reserved for was booked but I can just put you in one of our No Show rooms, and typed is in and took our cash and had him sign with his finger on a tablet, gave us our room key and that was it. We went to our room, and tried to access WI-FI AND you enter last name and room number. I put my last name and the room and NOTHING, so we put My Fiancés last name in and room number and NOT FOUND EITHER. Later around 2:30pm we were going to the store and stopped at front desk to ask why our WiFi wasn't working and if there was something we missed. The lady asked our room number and name and WE DIDNT MATCH. She than asked for both Our ID's, when we gave them, she had the other male employee come look at the computer and they were both commenting that they never seen "this" before and how it was strange and she was not sure what to do, So she typed things from our ID on the computer and than said we were all good now, we also let them know the tub didn't drain and the toilet didn't flush
At all, (pics included) they said they would send someone up to take a look. Never came. But when we put the WiFi info in this time with my last name it Worked immediately. We just dealt with the stale smoke smell in the non smoking room and thought someone would eventually be by for the water draining, but instead at 11am on the 15th the front desk called and said we were to check out, we told her that we were there til the 16th and she told us no and to come down to talk to her. We did and she didn't allow us to talk she told us what her computer was saying but refused to let us explain all that occurred. She told us if we wanted to stay til the 16th we need to pay $86 more plus tax, we told her we wanted to talk to a manager she said to come back in 10min, when we opened our room door the phone immediately rang, so he was watching us get off elevator and open the door, he also didn't allow us to talk, he said we had 10min to leave the place or cops were being called, we said and he hung up on us. I tried to call front desk to ask to speak with him again, she said he wasn't there and we needed to leave or they call the police, and I tried to ask her to please listen to what I was telling her and she hung up, I was on hold trying to call corporate and as I was packing and holding 3 police officers were at the door to walk us out. Never were we able to see or at all tell ANY OF THIS TO THE MANAGER, because he refused to talk or listen and only said police were being called and hung up the phone, we never saw the person for lol our tub or toilet and we paid $175.98 1 night and 7 hours, no breakfast, no pool and room that half worked, so I AM EXTREMELY UPSET THAT I am not getting any answers or help with this situation and I hope someone can get this to the right person.

First of all the updated rooms are look good as we have stayed at many . We asked for non smoking room which after we we closed windows it smelled of cigarette smoke. Not knowing the area, drug dealers in parking lot . Yelling at people in the other room. And throwing stuff trying to hit them and hit our truck . When we were packing up to get out of there...

Manager stefanie was rude and disrespectful and very unproffesional. I asked her how come she wasnt wearing a mask like all the other employees when coming in contact with customers and her response was " i dont give a f*ck about you. Get off my property before i DNR you!" She doesnt care about the welk being of the people like myself who pay to stay there. And is violating policy of covid 19 and threatning my health

I stayed at your location over a month ago and reported a minor theft. I have been reaching out to the district mgr. Mark Fasano who will not return my calls, this is garbage. I will never stay at Motel 6 ever again because of this clown. What are you scared of - the truth? If you ever tried reaching this guy you will wait forever. Bad business.

We stayed at Motel 6 in Ely NV. on Dec. 13, 2019 and checked out Dec. 15, 2019. We have a receipt in hand stating the same but were charged for 4 nights. We have repeatedly tried to obtain a refund by calling both Expedia and Motel 6. If there is no success with this email our next call will be to the Bank to dispute the charges and have them reversed!!!

I Paid for room on December 27 2019 here in Palmdale. The rooms here come with a television service as advertised and as are in all Motel 6 Rooms have. After entering the room I turned on the TV. There was no service so I walked to the front desk to report that there was no TV Signal. The front desk informed me that they were working on it however were no changes -no service. See pic

Motel 6 theft

I stayed at Motel 6 in Spokane by the airport for 4 days. My clothes were stolen. My luggage was gone through and expensive jewelry was also stolen. Some of my make up was even stolen. I would lime to be compensated for the things that were stolen from me. There was a good $300 worth of clothes makeup and jewelry stolen from me. If I do not get resolution to my complaint I will be sure to let everyone I know that you allow your staff to steal from people and invade their privacy by going through their things. I will make sure that they do not give you business.

I stayed at this Hotel for almost 2 weeks . I have a my cat with me and the problem I have is I was leaving for the day and called the front desk and told them I don't need Room service, they told me that they have to "peep in" my room sometime that day if I refuse service. I told them ok, only when I get back they can "peep in", but they can NOT "peep in"...

Motel 6 manager, and the new girl. I waited for 3 plus hours for a room

manager, and the new girl. I waited for 3 plus hours for a room after 3 both did not check the rooster of clean rooms 125 open all afternoon, they in there minds said 130 and not ready. the MAID HIDING FROM ME, HIDING AROUND THE CORNER, SNUCK AND PUT HER HOOD ON, LATTER ON thanksgivings day no clean towels, no soap no shampoo, nothing. when i got in te room no soap nor shampoo. cleaning staff horrible.. YOU OWE ME TWO DAYS FREE. WAITING, IM 65 YEARS OLD PAID FOR, AND THEN THE WOMEN, SAID OH NEED TO HARGE NO, ITS PAID, THE WOMEN NEW KNOWS ZIP AND SHE MADE THE SAME MISTAKE ON AOTHER CUSTOMER. Motel 6 customer service

I rented a room at the motel 6 off gateway i was standing outside talking to a friend Smoking and a lady unknown to me or my friend had asked to use a lighter so i let her use mine real quick and stepped inside to answer a phone call and when she went to hand it back to me she came into my room uninvited and started beating up my friend and throwing/breaking my personal property. My friend suffered 2 deep bite wounds to forearm and stomach and a gash on the head from where she had been hit with the handle of a broom by said female. The cops were called and the manager said i was unable to rent from that location for 90 days over an incident that was not connected to me or provoked by me.

Motel 6 motel

You should really look into your motel in China lake. They're was a room where I parked my car that had wood panels on the windows and it looked like someone was squatting there. I was afraid my car might get stolen. There were people working on their cars around me. They looked like they lived there or came there to work on their cars. I d never seen anything like this at other motel 6's. When I went to the office to check-in a lady came running in that was being chased by a man. The clerk asked if she wanted him to call the police and looked like he was trying to get the guy to leave as he was beginning to wander around the property. Then the door in the room was bent where the lock was and I couldn't get the lock to close properly but the door closed so I figured I was probably safe since I'd needed a key card to open the door. Then there were no channel or volume buttons on the remote so I couldn't watch TV. The clerk told me in the morning that the buttons were on the side of the remote. He could've pointed that out the night before. I'd never seen a remote like that. And he was confrontational about it and rude. Luckily nobody came through my broken door at night and my car was still there in the morning, but this property could really use an overhaul

Motel 6 cancellation fee

Hello names Malcolm it seems that you charged my debit card for 46.50 I wantinh to receive a refund on that I called the not and cancel iy personally. Then the lady told me about the online but the page was lost to cancel the reservation I wasted hours trying to get that page back im so disappointed I am looking to further pursue action again the web page for the error..
