This company preys on people at a vulnerable time, and in my opinion make it sound like lease to own is your only choice to finance. Living in Las Vegas, during the summer when our a/c compressor went out. Our contractor told us $3000 for compressor, or $9500 for new a/c unit with a 10 year warranty. I have good credit, but was told I was denied financing and directed to Microf as the "last option" to finance a new unit. After supposedly being approved in the online application process, I get a call from several agents that ask a few questions and then say I will receive a call going over the finance options and payments. During that call he quickly skims over these outrageously inflated payment terms and then says ok all I need now from you is the 1st payment! I flipped out since the equipment hadn't even been installed and they're wanting a payment! I cussed him out and declined the financing. After reading BBB complaints about this company, it was best decision I could have made especially considering that a 9500 loan would end up costing $25000 with these crooks. Steer clear.
