I went to your Hartwell location today. I was having my order taken when a manager had asked a older black man why the cook was running the register and not him. He said I was getting something for someone else. The black man made a remark to the white man running the register. He said "Boy, you aren't suppose to be up here. You need to go back" after that remark the black male took my order. We received our food. When I opened up my children's happy meals there was no extra fries or sweet and sour sauce. So I took my receipt up front and told the black man that I was missing extra fries and sauce. I asked for 2 gogurts and the sauces. He said were they not in your boxes...with an attitude. I said no they were not. He said I can give you extra fries I said no its okay...he then blamed the stuff being wrong on another employee.
Wrong food received at drive-through
This past Wednesday evening I was heading home from taking my daughter to an emergency room visit. After sitting so long I was too tired to go home and cook, so as I passed McDonald's at 5:50 5 Albany Ave., Kingston New York, I pulled in and ordered a big Mac with extra onion and a Oreo Mc flurry. When I got up to the window very nice girl was about to hand me the bag of food when another girl told her weight. She looked in the bag and said to me… "Oh she threw in some fries, I'm going to leave them instead of taking back out." So I asked her if I have the right burger/big Mac with extra onions… Twice she said yes. I got home around 8:10 PM and sat down to eat, Only to find that I had a quarter pounder with only cheese pickles and catsup. I was very disappointed but too tired to return to McDonald's. I ate half of it, and threw it away… That's how much I didn't like it. I probably should've looked into the bag myself and check to see if I have the right order, but I didn't. If I did I would've seen it have a tag on the top saying quarter pounder. However I don't feel it was my job since I asked her twice if it was Correct.
If you need proof of this error, I'm sure you can look up receipts from your registers from about 7:55 PM to 8:05 PM on Wednesday October 18, 2017, And you will see that someone else must've ordered a special made quarter pounder, and I ordered a special made a big Mac.
Service and quality
I have had a multitude of errors at this store, Lemonade that is soda water, cheeseburgers without cheese. The most recent a few weeks ago I rang to complain as the Family box was missing a burger and nuggets. I suggested implementing a quality check at the end process to help with the constant errors. I was offered a courtesy meal box the next time I came to the store. I have just left the drive through to collect the courtesy meal and was told the only way I could receive this was to go to the front counter. The error was made through the drive through? I have been inconvenienced on numerous occasions. I am then to park my car, remove my children from the car. Walk through the shopping centre to collect the meal. I asked why there was no way I could collect from the drive through and was told this is store policy. Is this because the store actually enjoys inconveniencing people. It is not a great service. So I drove away without the courtesy meal.

I can NO LONGER watch football, knowing the hatred many of the team's player's have for the country they make their million's of dollar's in.
How can these pampered fat cat's be so disrespectful of a symbol, when there are military in front of them, MISSING limbs, standing at attention.
Until this is fixed, I can't watch the NFL, or visit my local McDonalds in Santa Clara, where I have spent countless hours with my Grandson. We will make due with Wendy's, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, or any other eating establishment.
I can't believe McDonald's puts up with this. I guess your employees are free to put forward that same disrespectful show of disdain WHILE AT WORK? I doubt it !
Hot coffee cup lids
I’ve been drinking your coffee and hot tea for many, many years. Recently, I’d say within the last 6 weeks, your Lids have been making the coffee spill out onto my lip and clothing, leaving burns and stains! Last Sun. I ordered a hot tea, took a sip, it spilled out of the lid and onto my bottom lip and white top. I had to put ice on my lip that’s how bad it was, it blistered and is now healing.
I am thinking you changed your Lids, if so, please look into this and change them to something that we can drink out of. From now on, I’ll be bringing my my own coffee cup when I go to McDs.
Overcharging
I ordered 4 mcdoubles at the houston eastex freeway & the girl charged me for quarter pounders with cheese. When i go to mcdonalds i only get from the $ menu as i lived on a veterans income. the receipt number is customer number 382 on 1/3/2017 ks#3 side2 order 82.
I was charged $20.31 for what was supposed to be 4 mcdoubles & two medium cokes. my husband & i had drove in from fort worth & we were hungry before going to see my new niece.
we did not catch it until we sat down, so it was too late then. my husband was already upset, but this is absurd.
I would like a refund of the difference between the quarter pounders with cheese & the mcdoubles that we should have been charged for.

The service and rudeness to customers
I went to McDonald’s in Saluda Sc this morning at 8am through the drive through ordered a McMuffin with just egg white they take my money I drive to the second window n the girl gives me the wrong food. It was a egg and bacon biscuit . I hand it back n gave her my receipt she has me waiting for another 3-4 mind n says we are out of McMuffins. So I asked for my money back n then then had me pull up and wait I’m sitting there just waiting I finally got out my car after five mins and asked for my money the manager with the dreads rolls her eyes n starts yelling for the other manager. She rude all the time. So I wasted 20 mins in the drive through and gas for these rude ppl not to give me my food. If you know u don’t have something don’t sell it n just give me something else n hope I don’t care.

Fries were cold when i got them. They also tasted stale so I am not sure what to make of it. Service
The service of McDonald staffs at the Bangkok Hospital branch is terrible. Today I went into McDonald, the queue was quite long, I saw the foreigner tried to ask if he can buy the food from other counter but noone care, only 1 counter is available for food ordering so I went to find some seats and wait for awhile to come back to the line which was shorten than earlier. I wanted to have fried chicken with the promotion.
When I reached the counter, I ordered the cashier, Ms. Kanticha Posuwan, asked me have I dial the promotion code from my mobile phone. I said no, I don't know what number to dial, can she tell me please. She said the poster of that promotion is overthere then she pointed to the poster. It means I have to step out of the line to see the code, dial, the come back to queue again. I asked do you have it here at the counter. She said no, just go overthere and dial the number.
I was upset. Is this McDonald way of treating people who want to buy foods with promotion? Staffs of this branch just don't care to service the customers. She just tell me the code so I have order the food, that's it.

Hello i am writing to complain about the quality of customer service concerning the lift at your Grafton store. My mum and i were passing through Grafton on the 20/9/2017 on our way to visit family and we stopped to get a coffee now as my mum is an amputee and had and artificial leg she is unable to walk the stairs so we used the lift to go up which was all fine going up but after receiving our coffee (which was luke warm i will add) we proceeded to use the lift to go down but on pressing the intercom to activate the button to go down nothing happened we did this 3 times before my mum walked into store and spoke a staff memeber stating the lift intercom button didnt seem to working they claimed they didnt here it so we pressed it a few more times with still nothing we waited again for staff member to see to us and still noone came to help us all this as they saw my mum and i standing outside the lift waiting i thought it was rude after telling them it wasnt working you really think someone would come out to see what the issue was and fix so my mum with her disability had to end up walking down your numerous amount of stairs which i find very disgraceful what is the sense having a lift if it is only going to work to go up and not down i am utterly appalled at the lack of consideration your staff gave to my mum especially after she went in and told them it wasnt working and yet still had to end up walking down those stairs and the numerous of rude people who just pushed passed my mother even though it was clear she had a walking stick but if your lift was functioning correctly that would never have been the issue and my mother would have never had to walk those stairs ...
Ignorance
I am disgusted with the way I get spoken to, I regularly go to Emerton McDonalds & the customer service is appalling, they speak into the drive through speakers very short & rude as if you are interrupting their time & when you get to the window to pay they take your money without a please, thank you or kiss my butt, then the same at the widow to collect the food... Ignorance is disgusting & people like me are the people who keep the business going by eating there so I think we deserve to be spoke to with a bit of manners, they don't cost anything... Also If I am the only one to be in my car & I buy more than 1 drink, of course I need a drink holder, should I really be asked if I do like I am putting someone out?... My daughter who is nine, ran in one day while I waited in the car, to get a slushie drink, after 20 minutes I was wondering what happened to her & started to worry so I went in, she was waiting in a queue for 1 slushie, seriously, the person behind the counter who was doing nothing could of filled up 1 cup of drink for her surely, I can understand if she wanted food... all in all, the manners (or lack of) & treatment of customers in this store is atrocious & it's ALL the time
Hot chocolate
I purchased 2hot chocolates from the McDonalds kiosk at Cape town station but received 2 water and milk with chocolate sprinkles. When i told the lady that it didn't taste like hot chocolate she just gave me a blank stare. I then opened the take away cup and asked her for a stirrer, she passed me 1 i stirred whatever she was trying to sell as hot chocolate and when there was no change in the taste I proceeded to tell her that she cant be selling this as hot chocolate because it tastes like watery milk and definitely not worth the R44 I had just paid... Still just the blank stair! This was such an anti climax from the amazing hot chocolate I normally get from the Adderley street branch. If you are going to make use of the machines at the kiosks the least they can do is ensure the taste is right! Very disgusted by this product and service or atleast the lack of service
I'm offended
sitting down i saw a child with a ballon my daughter decided she wanted wan so I got up and asked for a ballon.Latter on a member of staff in Mcdonalds Caernarfon decided she was a teenager but she was only 10 years old we are very dicusted by this company and has offended my daughter and now looks in the mirror and says "mom am i old?" it is heart breaking to know that this joyfull fast food restraunt will now be no use we will never be coming again.
Food order
So I'm customer who usually buys from Minchinbury MacDonald not once have I got my order right . It's either I'm short on something or food really cold . Tonight to top it off food was just thrown in it's box it wasn't handle with care chips were so cold the meet wasn't cook right . Had things missing and they never handle my order probraly they threw things in its box weren't even close right hole meal falling apart. Not the first time this has happen staff rude I will never go back to a place that don't treat customers with th respect not the first or second time this has happen to me happen last week now tonight, worse place to go for food . so disappointed so angry agt I'm taking this matter up higher . I've given them so many chances and that I don't even get a sorry so rude
A real pig city
Takoma Park MD store #728. The dirtiest place ever. There's trash all over the floor. Something sticky on the tables. The tables themselves are filthy, their surfaces are covered with something gross. Looks like they don't even clean them with wet rags. If only you could see their food preparation places.
Who are they cook for? For pigs? Terrible.
inattentive staff
McDonald's in Fort Worth, TX. The staff is inattentive and absolutely careless. They confuse orders and may give you something you didn't want, just because they simply didn't listen to you. Even if you asked for simple things. It's really irritating. I would forgive it if it didn't happen over and over again. Just thought it would be useful for their corporates to know.

So me and a friend went through McDonald's drive thru today to take part in there cheeseburger special day. Drive up to order and ask for three cheeseburgers each and some fries and drinks at which point I'm told we can only order three burgers and if we want more we have to go back in line or come inside. Its busy and we have already waited 20 minutes to order. I ask to speak to the manager and she says its policy and there is nothing she can do about it. First of all I know for a fact Managers have some discretion as well there was nothing in the ad stating three cheeseburgers per car. Then she says "well what do you want to do order or not." At this point I say no and add a few choice words which I admit to but she was rude. What bothers me most about the whole incident is that as we drove past the window there were four staff members pointing at us and laughing and blowing kisses and waving goodbye. I honestly couldn't believe it. One of them was the manager. Needless to say I am done with McDonald's. We normally eat there probably twice a week so now we will spend our money elsewhere. I have honestly never witness anything so unprofessional in my life and McDonald's should be ashamed for the behaviour of its staff and management.

On 07/11/2017, while at McDonald's I observed a male employee hairstyle that I thought was not of good taste as to represent your franchise and work there. I was so disappointed to see this person hairstyle so weird as his hair was standing all over his head and it looked as if his style had a fashion of animal paws on the end of his hair and they were all very erect or standing out. Some may have thought that the style looked nice but I do know that if I was the manager or shift lead in charge, I would have sent this person home especially if your franchise has a dress code policy. I should have approached the person in charge that night but he may have been afraid to address this issue. I will take photos from now on because I am most assured that this will not be the last time to see some of the awful appearances that some of these employees decide to dress out, knowing that the person(s) in charge won't make any corrections because they are too afraid and sometimes, the person in charge appearance could use a little touch ups. I am just shocked and disappointed at some of these appearances that people get away with.

My husband and I are now without insurance even though we were ready, willing and able to pay for it. I paid the premiums, then set up EFT. First I was told it was set up on EFT and he didn't know why it had not been drafted. Someone was to get back with me. When they did not I called back and they said they are no long providing cobra services. This puts enrollees in a very bad position. As a licensed agent I feel this company needs to be fined.
