about not wearing gloves
So I went to the McDonald's in Cleveland Oklahoma and there was a long wait well as I'm waiting for my food I look back to where they are making the food and there's a woman back there making good without gloves which is disgusting especially after she had been up getting orders and hadn't washed her hands. I requested a refund make sure you're people wears gloves would you eat that food that people has touched without gloves
really bad customer service.
I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 3 McDoubles plain. I went to the first window, paid, and proceeded to the second window. The lady at the second window started to hand me a coffee. I said it was not mine. She asked what I gad, when I told her she said I needed to order at the menu and slammed the window in my face. So somewhere between window 1 and 2 they lost my order. Free knocking on the window for a few minutes she opened it. I told her I already ordered and paid showed her my receipt. She shut the window walked the anothe lady. After about another 5 minuets she opens the window to tell me that I am backing up the drive thru and other people are waiting for their orders and that I needed to park as if this was all somehow my fault. Already annoyed and insulted at this point I refused to move until I got my food. She turns back to her manager and said "this stupid [censor] refused to park". Which the manager replies "what a [censor]". With the window wide open. I was very polite up until the squared scolding my like a child because their drive thru was backed up. Where did good customer service go?
new coffee commercial
The new McCafe coffee commercial showing people being arrogant causing others to wait while they finish their coffee is not amusing because this is actually happening at your restaurants. Your service is much slower since you've added the specialty coffees. To create a commercial that accentuates this problem does not make me want to go to McDonalds.
I am complaining about a coffee that was made unsafe.
On November 3rd 2017 at 10:40 a.m. I went to McDonald's drive-thru in the city of Torrance store number 7411 address 19009 Hawthorne Boulevard Torrance California 90533. I order two egg sausage McMuffins and one iced coffee. And on my iced coffee there was a small earring I was drinking my coffee and almost choked on the earring. It was unsafe and I am upset.
mcdonald's store #15834 management - racist unethical behavior!
I ordered my food and it took 1.25 hours for the order to come out only to find that the order was incomplete 3 times. I asked for a refund and the sales associate didn't have paper for the printer. The night shift manager Matai (?) said that she didn't have time. I said, "do your job". The man that I thought was the manager, which I called "Senor", did get the register paper. The manager then proceeded to said "I'm not your SLAVE". I then asked for the district managers name and she refused because didn't have time. I went to the drive thru to the information and told her that I didn't care for her racist comment. She said that by calling him "Senor" that I was being racist because he spoke English. I said that I speak both Spanish & English and rejected her pulling the race card and let the corporate office know. I requested the name and number of this stores District Manager but even the corporate office refused to offer it up because they have a process...
The unfortunate point to this is that I've been a loyal McDonalds customer for over 40 years. At this point their is no apology that can be given by McDonald's store, district, or corporation office that will ever overcome being called a racist.in my career, I have worked 10's of thousands of customers and staff and I've never had the race card pulled out.
I forgot to mention that it took another half an hour to get the second go of food and it still wasn't right so they were going to try a 3rd time at which point I requested a refund.
drive thru - as usual a rip off
Today is my wife's and also her fathers birthdays. Unfortunately he is in a nursing home. Every time we visit him we stop at mcdonalds & get food for him! Well today we stopped by for food for him and in a hurry we went to drive thru - and as usual they got it wrong - we recieved no straw for his drink! Every time there's no napkins no straw or order isn't way we order it!
We will never stop at any mcdonald's again!
But wanted you to know why we stopped spending $ at your "restaurant"?
Goodbye.
cappuccino
Ordered iced cappuccino was given hot. Asked for iced and they did not make new drink they dumped hot into cold cup and added little ice. It was disgusting. I still never got iced cappuccino. I ended up with warm cappaccino in cold cup. For the price I should have gotten it remade the right way and gotten my iced cappaccino instead of the warm mess I had to have. Threw it out because it was GROSS. So I will not be going to your gross McDonald's anytime soon.
Stop selling drinks you can’t make
the service at the mcdonald's in blakely, ga., is the worst i've ever seen in my 43 years of existence.
Every time that I go there, they're out of what I order, the ice cream - milkshake machine is out of order, i'm sent to the designated parking spot for the drive thru and today they were out of coca-cola. I take full responsibility. It's my fault for thinking things or going to change, today's the day they're going to get it right. Lmao. I shouldn't even be thinking about a mcdonald's, but here I am complaining about one. I'm sorry for taking good service for granted and not even thinking about that. That was my last big mac. I'm laughing so hard right now. I really can't believe i'm giving you this much of my time, being I wasted so much of of it at your drive thru. I guess it hardees from now on and it's 20 minutes away. Thats about the time spent getting it right at mcdonald's. It all works out in the end.
mcdonald's
Was overcharged for quarter pounder with cheese. Had coupon in pocket from 10/22/17 showing price of $4.09 plus tax. They told me the price was $4.49 plus tax. I asked when the price was raised, was told "a long time ago -
months" by the cashier and " a long time before 10/22/17" by the manager.
Both lied. I caught them at lying and because of that I was refused service.
Apparently McDonald's employees are taught to lie. This behavior is not to
be tolerated and will go public if I do not hear from McDonalds that these
employees have been warned about lying, and that upper management agrees to cease forcing their employees to lie to their customers.
management
I need to find corporate number I have complaint of a mc Donald's off Freeport in Houston Texas my brother worked there for 2 pay periods and was falsely fired because he is not Hispanic all employees are Hispanic and he did nothing to get fired the manager do not like black people or white people she is un professional and she needs to fired herself she fired him through a text message when black people come to the register to buy food she has him wait on them cause she flat out told him I don't like black people who does that how can mc Donald's have a manger like that I never know you had to speak Spanish to work there someone please send me corporate number
ice cream
We go to Mcdonalds at least twice a week, and ALWAYS purchase an ice cream cone. I do remember that a few years ago McDonald's tried using this "new" ice cream, and had to go back to the original.
The people at this Tomball, Tx, location are very friendly - most especially a young man named Skye, and we would not like to have to find another favorite place to go.
You didn't actually state what the the problem is. Is it the recipe, availability, or something else?
special request order
On thursday, november 2 at the carle place, new york location, I placed a special request order for your new product line buttermilk crispy chicken tenders. I have ordered them earlier in the week from the glen cove, new york location. My first experience was so positive that I decided to order it again the same way (Fresh made) and in fact, told another family member how impressed I was with the new tenders.
Upon my order, the cashier indicated that it would take 7 minutes for them to be made, upon which I said "no problem." I paid for the items, then proceeded to the next window thinking I would need to move the car out of traffic to wait for my order. To my surprise, what appeared as the manager on duty handed me the order. I did again asked if they were made fresh, which she replied "yes." I drove away to find that my order was not delivered as requested. The item must have been cooked earlier and then re-cooked as it appeared twice cooked, dark in nature and tough to the taste.
I am very disappointed, as the carle place location is in my neighborhood and once I frequent often. If I ask for a special request, I expect it to be delivered as ordered. My disappointment is also that the manager on duty provided the customer with false information. I have attached several photos: 1. Receipt and 2. Appearance of item. I would not expect food to be delivered as it was and in particular, requested as a special order. I do expect a refund for a least the item purchase and an incentive to regain my confidence in your product.
service horrible at mcdonald's # 35628
I had to wait 30 to forty five minutes to get to order in drive thru. I pasty at window and drive yup to next window. Realized not all my order was there or on ticket. When I asked too get the mc ribs I didn't get they told me I had to drive all the way back through and reorder or come in. I have had An issue with this McDonald's everyone I'm gone there. I worked at McDonald's when I was younger, we were thought to try to keep customers happy. If this Thor way of keeping them happy I rather take my business and everyone I tell business else where.
employment
To whom it may concern,
My name is Jon ******* my son ******* has been employed at our Pontiac Illinois McDonalds location for over six months now. He has enjoyed the challenges given to him through his time with the company as well as the rewards. The reason I am writing today is due to the way he has been treated by the shift managers and the store manager. Please allow me to describe my son to you as a highly functioning young man, who suffers from some mental disabilities, witch forces him to be in special classes curtailed to his needs, and in a smaller structure to allow more one on one time. As you can imagine when he was hired it was the highlight of his life, in a sense it was a turning point in his life. He faced many situations where he felt as though he was singled out and even looked past for opportunity to learn new responsibilities at work because he was told he was not fast enough, good enough etc. He never complained to any management however continued to seek new experiences when they became available . He was even physically threatened and mildly assaulted numerous times but still continued to come to work and try his best, and never complain. The reason I am writing you today is because due to his disability it is difficult for him to make friends since he is a bit socially unsure of himself. he has been suspended from his job for almost two weeks now. I finally called assuming it was something bad he had done and he has been getting no response. I was told it was because he was staring at a girl and asked for her snap chat. I was in disbelief and I questioned the topic a bit more and was told he has made other crew members feel uncomfortable before. I cant believe that a company as large as McDonalds does not coach there managers better then this when dealing with a person protected by the A.D.A. I was informed that someone will get in contact with him tomorrow for his return to work date. He will not be returning to that location and I will be informing everyone I know of the way he was treated while employed with the organization. I have yet to decide if I will be taking this matter any further but I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me at the address, phone number or email I will provide at the bottom of this letter.
Sincerely,
buttermilk chicken tenders
I was at our local McDonald's on North Ave. in Sheboygan WI at about 4:40 today November 1st. I ordered thru the drive up a 10 piece buttermilk tenders and fries. It was about $10 for the tenders which I'm guessing is the highest ticket item on the menu. Got home 5 minutes later and realized that the order had been sitting at the restaurant for quite awhile. Several of the pieces (or ends) were very very small. Looked like they were the end of a batch cooked earlier in the day and thrown in to make the count of ten pieces. The chicken was very grisly - most were inedible. I am so upset with paying that price for something so inferior in quality. Please make this right and refund my order for $11.63. The fries were awful too. The entire order appeared to be left overs.
I have made the mistake of eating at many fast food restaurants in Wisconsin. Sounds like you had a fair to good experience compared to most. The best thing you could do in move out of Wisconsin and forget about it. That's what I did..
service
I was just at McDonald's delphos ohio Sunday October 29, 2017 got big Mac 2 for $5 . Today all of sudden they don't have it . Also they seem to never have ranch sauce for nuggets. Service was rude when approached about big Mac deal we had got 2 days ago and when told us didn't have ranch they gave ranch to window customer . I usually never have problem having toddler and eat there about twice a week was very disappointed .
Did they still have the sale advertised? If not, is it possible that it was over?
old french fries
It is 11:40 am, sent my daughter to restaurant 13169 to get lunch. The French fries are old and cold. I usually don't complain I just eat it and go on. It is a little ridiculous that this time of the day that that is the quality of food we got for the price. 10/28/2017, order # 14, seq # 048153, ks# 13, time 11:17 am. I have been to this same McDonald's and have experienced numerous times a bad experience with cold food and old fries. I am a member of this community and would like to keep my business in my home town. I feel like my time and money is as good as anyone and I deserve to receive good food for what I pay for.
If this happens in the future, you should consider taking the fries along with your receipt back to the location for a refund or replacement.
customer service
On my way home from work I decided to stop in at McDonald's on Wyandotte in South Bethlehem, PA. There was almost no line (just 2 or 3 cars) in the drive thru, so I queued. The line did not move for about 9-10 minutes until I was able to place my order. When I did, there was no total given, no "thank you", no "please pull up to the first/second window"...they just stopped talking. Then after another 5 minutes or so, I pulled up to the first window, assuming that's where I would pay since there was no sign saying to pull forward. I waited about 90 seconds after the car ahead of me was a car length ahead of me at the second window until I pulled forward. When I arrived at the second window, I saw all of the employees moving in small circles around each other while talking and laughing. No one looked at me staring at them for 3 whole minutes! Then a girl with a headset looked at me, stopped laughing, and ran to the back. I still have not paid mind you. About a minute later a guy with a headset came up and said $7.69 with no repeat of my order and then took my card and went to the back (most likely the first window). Then another man with a headset came to the window and asked, "did you have the [not what I ordered]?" to which I said, "no." He then said, "oh right right you had the [what I ordered]." About 30 seconds later the other headsetted man returned with my card and receipt and then went back to the first window. At this point there are 3 cars behind me who have definitely already ordered. I understand that I cause extra time for these patrons by not waiting longer at the first window, but all together 2 minutes at McDonald's should be enough time for the cashier to return to their station no matter what they were tending to. Finally a bag is plopped down next to the man in the headset who reiterated my order. He is talking with the young headsetted lady, a patron and another employee while two other employees are conversing behind the register. No one is doing anything at all. So I give it 30 seconds until I say, "Hey! I think that's my order sitting there" then a woman throws my fries in it just as I am finishing my statement. The headsetted man snatched my bag and dangles it inside the window, taunting me. I say, "Maybe if you weren't gossiping, I would have had it 5 min..." and he cut me off with, "She just got done the order, dude". I excused myself and said I will never be back.

guntersville, al mcdonald’s
My boyfriend and I stopped in at the Guntersville McDonald’s before going to the lake. We ordered a large tea, and when we got it, he decided he wanted a coke. He asked the woman if she could add a large coke to it and she huffed and rolled her eyes and in a rude voice said “Uhhh you’ll have to leave and come back.†The McDonald’s in Boaz where we live always had such nice employees and they will do anything for you. We have never been to a McDonald’s where they wouldn’t let you add something when you forgot it. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant to get a coke because of the hateful employee at the window.
Many drive thru windows work on a two windows system. One which tenders the purchase and the second for providing you with product. It's possible that they didn't have a way to ring a new order up at the window you were at.
Great point.
