Mazuma is currently attempting to charge me with full coverage auto insurance for a 2010 Kia Forte purchased earlier this year. I have full coverage from *** (my own insurance) on the vehicle and have, on 3 separate occasions, given them the insurance information. To this day of 09/10, they have not taken the charge off of my bill. I have called 3 separate times and they will verify that my insurance is valid, make "notes" and "adjustments" and then tell me that in 7 to 10 business days it will be removed. According to the first call, the extra insurance charge should have been removed on 08/28 however, today it is still showing the charge. I am about to make my next payment this month, and i am afraid that Mazuma Credit Union is attempting to scam me by telling me that they will remove the charge in a week or so, and leave the charge hoping that i will forget. I am also afraid that Mazuma, currently the lien holder on my vehicle, will attempt to repo my vehicle if i refuse to pay until they correct the problem. I need assistance
