I hired this investigashun firm to look into my husband and they said they would give me weekly updates and hard drives of any info they found

I hired this investigashun firm to look into my husband and they said they would give me weekly updates and hard drives of any info they found on him in video footage. But I never got any of that! When I called, they never called me back and I paid $5557 for bad service. It was a total rip off and I didn't get anything they promised. I gave them most of the info they had. When I talked to the owner, she said she would call my lawyer, but he never heard from her. They need to give me my money back. This is just ridiculous and shows they don't care about their customers!
