They took money out of my checking account without my approval, this is fraud. I canceled all my accounts with them over a year ago and just yesterday they took money out of my account. I canceled my account with them online and I did print everything so I have proof. I thought Ranger Rick would be a good thing but it turns out they are horrible people and they will pay for this.

Customer service is horrible. They are rude and uncooperative. I miss issues and have late delivery consistently. Last year they put the magazine in plastic and it arrived on time for several months. Then the plastic cover stopped and my delivery is always late. I called again and they won't put it in plastic anymore and blamed the postal dept for lateness.
