Mack Of All Trades

TERRIBLE! I was overcharged for the half job that was done, and when I called to inquire about the rest of the work, Kelsey said, "It's not in the work order." Yet a workman came out SIX WEEKS AGO, viewed the job, and drew pictures of what was to be done. This place has had nearly $3K of my money for SIX WEEKS -- and they did only part of the work. I still need the tub surround and the replumb -- so I paid nearly $3K for a 110 line, a ceiling fan, and less than 100 sq ft of ceiling paint? Kelsey made no effort to rectify things, all she would say is that "It's not in the work order." I would NEVER hire these people again -- not unless I want to overpay for half a job! If I could give them no stars I would.

Hired company to remodel basement. Was told it would take 2 weeks to complete job. It is still not complete two months later. I have called for the last week asking for update and expected completion date, however I heard nothing in response. also progress has been very slow.
