M & M Fence

We contacted M&M Fence to put up a privacy fence in our yard. On June 16th, *** came to our house, did an estimate, showed us the materials he used, and we picked what we wanted. He said he needed half the payment to order the materials, and they would arrive by the second week of October. But he didn't show up. My husband *** called and left a message on his phone. About a week later, he called back and said he would come on November 8th to install the fence. But once again, he didn't show up. We made many calls, but his voicemail was full. Finally, my husband got through and left another message asking for a refund. But he still hasn't called us back. Today, I called M&M Fence and left a message on Billy's (a partner) phone, since that was the only choice. I don't have any confidence that we'll get a call back. We just want our money back. We did our part, but he didn't. He doesn't even have the decency to call us back. Sincerely
