I am a Property Manager and have been doing Business with your company for 40 plus Yrs. I have never had to go through such incompetents in having an Ice Marker installed.
It started when the Refrigerator was delivered along with an Ice Maker on Aug 22nd. The delivery driver/installer told the Tenant that the Ice Maker was broken and would have to be replaced. He also stated that the Icemaker was in an open box and he failed to check it at the warehouse. Then I was Emailed that it would be at least a Month before another one could be delivered since there was none in stock. I didn't understand why so I called Customer Service and the lady check on the item and said there was over 100 units in the warehouse. I later that day received a call from the lady who sent me the email apologizing for the misunderstanding. I did ask if the icemaker could be installed after 5pm the following day and she said she would handle it. The following day, it was delivered sometime between 10 and 2pm. Not after five pm as we had discussed. The tenant was not home at the time of the delivery because of our agreed time for delivery. The Tenant then went to Lowes in Rocky Mount on Thursday to try and have it delivered again. The Lady that he talked to in the appliance department called someone and had it rescheduled for Aug 26 between 10 and 2pm. Well, it was never delivered and there was no communication! I get a call from a disgruntle Tenant at around 5pm about having waste all day waiting for the installed that was promised. I wonder if this was retaliation from Lowes Delivery due to my complaint.
I call customer service on Aug 26th and talk to an agent about the situation. He tried contacting someone at the warehouse, but no one would answer. He then decided to escalated case # [protected] and [protected]. He told me that someone would be contacting me within 24hrs. As of 11am today I have not been contacted by no one. So, I decided to call Customer service again today and the same case numbers have been escalated again. By the way, I have to wait another 24hrs for a reply.
Desired outcome: Tenant should be compensated for his time away from work Company Procedures should be review and determine whether they are adequate or need to be revised.

Installer came and Lowes Gave them the wrong door. Gave a Left Hand instead of Right Hand.
Called Lowes and was told that the manufacturer don't make the Door anymore.
Went to Lowes and Order another Door. Installer came and they still brought a Left Hand Door. Have been on phone with Several people at the Fayetteville, Ga Store and was told that they found the Door.
August 25, 2023 - Door was suppose to be delivered and installed. Got a call and still can't find the door.
Desired outcome: I want my door that I paid for. Not the BS that I have been receiving.It should not take 2 Months & 6 Days to get my order.
Customer Service - Work ethics
On Saturday 8/26/23 around 12:30pm my father went to Lowes Hardware in Mt. Airy, NC to get 24 10 x 10s for a deck. I called to check on him around 1:20pm. Worst delivery service ever! The guy was rude to my husband when he had asked him to please be careful on the floor. We had just laid new flooring down and didn't want it messed up. He told my husband that he didn't know if he could be careful or not. And that he would leave it in the living room, and he could put it in place. They did place them in the kitchen but with attitude. My husband had to ask them to put the stove in place because they were going to leave it out. They did not test the stove to see if it was working or not and did not attach it to the wall for safety of not tipping over. Refrigerator is not level it rocks.
I called the store where I purchased the items and the acted like it was no big deal and stated that it was a third party and not Lowes fault. I told her that the third party represented Lowes. She stated that she would pass the information on, but they don't follow up with you on resolutions.
I told her that she has lost a customer over this.
Roofing Installation
New roof installed 2019. Unknown to me, the installer did not complete by installing shingles on the ridge vent. Because the contract is over 2 years old, they say they have no record of it. Also, they say it is out of the 2 year warranty for roof installations. I contend that since Lowe's says the 2 year warranty starts upon completion of the work, the roof is still in course of construction. There has been no damage incurred. I just want the job finished properly so that the GAF shingle warranty will not be voided.
Desired outcome: Install shingles on ridge vent.

Below is a summary sent to Frigidaire/Electrolux. The reason for sending is to reflect on starting at Lowe’s to purchase the Gallery Refrigerator. and now where we stand.
We had to wait for the Gallery Refrigerator to be shipped to Lowes. It took us 4 different delivery dates until we received at the end of July. We had the item for approx. 3 weeks, and it just stopped. Repair person came out and said we needed a part that needed to be ordered. We received the part and repair person was out yesterday (ANOTHER WEEK GONE} Aug 23rd. PART SENT AND WAS A BAD PART. I spoke with Leah in customer service, and she was able to arrange for the needed parts to be delivered next day. Service to replace the parts is scheduled for Aug 30. ANOTHER WEEK GONE!
We also received the item with a dent in the top back about the size of a quarter. This was not a big issue since we do not see the back of the refrigerator. Only reason we excepted was since it would have taken additional wait time. Lowes was supposed to compensate us.
So we started paying on a refrigerator before we received. We waited an unreasonable amount of time to receive. The item worked for 3 weeks. And now we are still waiting!
This has NO reflection on the employees has tried to help us. They have been SO professional dealing with an upset and frustrated customer. At this point, we are so disappointed with the product we have used in the past. While it was working, we were pleased to have ridded a competitor’s product, Maybe not a good choice after all.
If you were the customer, what would you expect?
Desired outcome: Seems like management is not available, management relays conversation through another employee to customer. Should be a better way to solve problems. See per above

I was in need of new washer, so I went to Lowes looking to purchase one on 07/25/2023 or so. Nothing that I want was in stock. I went ahead and ordered one, The staff told me that it should be arrived on 08/04/2023. When I came by to pick it up, the rep at the customer service and the stock rep keep going back and forth over the phone for about 20 minutes or so. She end up telling me that my washer isn’t in yet. I ask when it will be in? She states that she doesn’t know and they will email me. I call again on 8/12/2023 and was directed to appliances department. This time the rep told me that my order was in before 08/04/23 but it was sold to another customer. I was surprised and politely ask her to cancel my order. She said okay it’s done and she get a confirmation email. A week had past, I call again 08/22/23 at 4:15pm. I was told that they short handled and that she will call me back. Since she didn’t call back, I call again at 7:48pm, again can’t check the info, has to do some research and will call back before close of business. The manager was on phone but he can’t resolve the issue. He promised me that the rep will call me back. Then 10pm had past, still nobody call me back with the status of the request of cancellation. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. This is a blank promise and poor management as well as customer services.
Desired outcome: I want to cancel the order and the refund to go back Lowe’s account.

I purchased a washer from the Eagle Pass, TX store and they delivered it and had someone install it. So now it seems that they installed it incorrect. We put cold water and it switches to hot water. I call Samsung and they told me that I had to call Lowes so I did that, and the manager told me they couldn't do anything because I only had 48 hours to call them.

I ordered a Napoleon BBQ online to be delivered right before Memorial Day. When they delivered it I had them slide it close to my fence with the front facing the fence. I signed for it not thinking to inspect the front. When I cleared the area and moved in 2 feet I noticed there was a HUGE dent on the front of the hood, the front side was smashed in and it had small scratches all over. I bent to open the one of the doors and it came off in my hand. I noticed sticker marks all over it as they sent my a floor unit! Extremely frustrated I stated I don't care about the money off I want a bbq that is not destroyed. He said again he would have his crew build one and send it out and pick up the damaged bbq. Crickets for another week...would not pick up my calls ect. By now it was fathers day weekend so I drove to the store and purchased ANOTHER bbq that I had to put together. Again could not get a hold of the deliver manager so had to go back in and have another manager schedule a pick up for the damaged bbq so I could be reimbursed. She was awesome they came to pick it up on July 2. Went on vacation, came home and noticed I still had not received the refund.
