Lowe's Not honoring the warranty sending out technicians they lie when they come out just to get paid.

Hi I been without a refrigerator for nine days because I have been waiting on my warranty to get approved through lowe's constantly going back an forth with them trying to see why it's taking so long I have 6 children and no refrigerator they never responded I never got a email not to mention. They sent a technician out that lied like I have infestation in the refrigerator which I didn't I filed a complaint threw lowe's assurant and through the company he worked for no one acknowledge my complaint. They just closed my claim because he lied because he didn't want to do know work. Lowes assurant is the worse unprofessional company I know they don't care about what they take u threw what these technician take u threw lieing it just isn't right at all I would not recommend these people at all.

Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for the refrigerator I had to go purchase because of the problems I with them and the lieing technician they sent out that doesn't want to do there job.my email is [protected]@gmail.com

Lowe's Having to have an id acct to get military discount

I hate the fact that I can not use my military identification card for your military discount. ID me needs too much of my private information. Lowes does not need my email account, etc. As a result I am finding other places that respect my privacy and take my id card as good, even though it may cost me more $.

Get with the program Lowes and get back to the old way.

Lowe's Poor customer service and poor quality produce

Email received saying my installatioin was complete with Lowe's. This was NOT an installation but a pick up of the poor quality replacement door you manufactured. It has taken 9 months for this replacement to be applied because the first and current entry door we bought and had y ou install would not seal properly. After months of dealing with Lowes Installers in Ft. Wayne & Texas and no action taken (thanx to Lowe's worst Customer Service), a replacement was ordered 6 weeks ago (this is the bowed, crooked, poorly made door you picked up). Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway, I am so "done" with Lowe's and their products they sell. I will not recommend you to anyone who is looking to buy an appliance, fixture, piece of equipment, or whatever from you. Your complete ignoring of my situation (please call up my record of reports for proof of my contacting you a myriad of times because I did and would not hear back from you) has left a very bitter taste in me with your Company. I am keeping my current door you installed a year ago and have hired people to adjust it so it will seal correctly. This was a very expensive $5,000 lesson for me to have to go thru and having ended up with complete disgust and dissatisfaction.

Lowe's Broken/cracked window installation

I placed an order for 4 windows and a storm door on April 14, 2023. The windows were supposed to be installed in May, but the installers canceled and rescheduled the install date 3 times before finally showing up on June 20, 2023.

The installer INSTALLED what was CLEARY a BROKEN/CRACKED window in my kitchen area, (see attached). He said the window came damaged and that he would need to order a new window which would take only 2 weeks to come in and only 10 minutes to install.

It’s now a month later, July 26, 2023, and still no replaced window. I’ve spoken with several people over the past month who have told me that the window has been ordered then a week later someone calls to say the window has not been ordered. This has gone on way too long.

What has been done is that my credit was charged IMMEDIATELY, and I’ve made on-time payments for a horrible product and worse customer service. This is totally unacceptable for a brand as large as Lowe’s to treat its customers this way.

I’ve escalated this issue, and nothing has been done. I would like compensation for this nightmare and my window replaced IMMEDIATELY.

Lowe's Windows

The windows were not the right size. There was a 1/2 gap around the arched window in the garage, a 1/2 gap on each side and top of the dining room window, and a 1/2 gap around my bedroom window. None of the windows were the right size. The installer measured the diningroom and bedroom window and I heard him say let me think what to do to make this work so I can install these windows and he said he would use brick mortar. He didn't install the windows but the installer who installed the windows used insulation to fill the gaps around the windows and installed trim around the inside and outside of the windows so you would not see the installation. I saw both installers measure the windows and they knew they were not the right size. They screwed up the appearance of my house. I called Lowe's and told them I wanted the windows replaced with the right size windows. I told her about the problems with the windows. We ordered the windows over a year ago and they have not finished. There is a gap around the arched window in the bedroom and you can see outside. The windows get moisture all over the outside at night.

Lowe's Mistreatment of Employees

Firing that poor woman for trying to stop a shoplifter from stealing from the location is just lower than whale poop in the ocean. You had a dedicated employee trying to do what was actually the right thing to do when she seen someone ripping off the store. Where the hell were the "men"? Where are the signs that state shoplifters will be prosecuted? Where is anyone in you company with balls? By these kind of actions, I don't see Lowe's as being part of the solution of the disastrous economic situation in this country, I now see you as being part of the problem with no one in charge that has the courage to do what is right for the customers, employees, vendors and this country. You discuss me.

Desired outcome: The closest thing to doing the right thing is to give that poor lady her job back, pay her for the time she had to miss and give her 2 weeks pay for having to deal with the trauma you have caused her.

Lowe's Unsatisfactory delivery / unhappy customer

Play Set, $ 2299.00 plus tax

Play set was delivered to residence with out notice, notice was to be given due to property being fenced with gate locked and large dog. We had made arrangements to have a person meet them when notified.

The estimated delivery date was 06/26/23, actual delivery 07/03/23.

The delivery company that delivered the play set, dropped the oversized pallet off in front of the gate next to the street. We live in a rural neighborhood and the play set was left by the street for anyone to get. The drive was blocked and my wife had to park in the street and had no way to get in the driveway. As I stated , I had made arrangements for a person to be there, I was on work assignment out of town. My wife had to call and make arrangements to have the play set on the pallet moved and have them complete the delivery. She had to call a neighbor with a forklift to move the pallet (about 4’x8’) to the garage, this would have been simple for the delivery company, drive is paved and smooth.

1. The delivery company had my contact information.

2. No contact was attempted, I answer my all my calls.

3. Left my product on the street in a rural neighborhood, for anyone to get.

4. My wife was blocked out of the drive due to delivery or lack of delivery.

5. There was no possible way my wife was able to move the pallet and boxes, she had to pay to have the delivery moved to the house and unblock the drive way.

I hope that this will be resolved, my family business shops exclusively at Lowe’s and this was very disappointing, to say the least.

I will be waiting to see if there will be any response or resolution for this.

Lowe's Return policy

Recently, I attempted to return 3 chain link fence line posts to your store at Smokey Point, items which I had purchased 1-2 weeks prior, my plan was to return the unused posts and purchase additional fencing material and hardware, however, my return was refused, even for store credit. Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars at various Lowes stores in this area, but because of this recent incident of poor customer service, I will never buy anything at Lowes again.

Lowe's Refrigerator delivery

We had a refrigerator delivered from Lowes several weeks ago. Their Lowes truck backed into our front yard fence and damaged our fence. We have the incident recorded on our security cameras.

We filed a claim according to their directions. Their insurance company sent us an e mail telling us we had to provide them with two written estimates from Fencing companies at our expense.

We live 3 miles down a dirt road 15 miles from the closest town. No one will come out here to give us an estimate. We called two companies, who never called bac.

I called Lowes and told them that it was their responsibility to fix our fence - they are the ones that damaged it. We are elderly and cannot fix it ourselves.

They will not do a thing for us. Unbelievable! They damaged our fence and don't feel responsible to fix it. I will never do business with them again.

Lowe's Fence Installation

On May 16th of this year, we had set up to have a fence installed, Jason Graham had came out and measured up everything in order to get everything done and a contract was signed and agreed to, all the financing was taken care. On signing we asked just how long it would take to get things going and installed he then told us that the installer would be able to take care of it in a short time when he returned from a vacation. We have made several calls and emails on what is going on with getting it done since we wanted it done in the spring. But there has been no movement, calls, emails NOTHING. We have moved on from wanting it done now this year now. This type of service is so unacceptable from a company that says it prides itself on service. We will take our business else were from now on and it may not matter to your bottom line the number of friends and people we know about this but it sure is so wrong.

Lowe's Refund for item returned

I ordered a washer and dryer on March 9, 2023 and it was delivered, but the dryer was defective. Lowe's set up to deliver a new dryer the next day, but wouldn't do that until the old defective dryer was returned. So they made me purchase a new dryer stating that once the defective dryer was picked up by Lowe's, they would issue a credit for the new dryer I had to purchase.

They picked up the old dryer and then delivered a new one the next day saying that my account would be credited.

I never received that credit and have spoken with three managers to have this simple issue resolved (Brian, Lisa and Sara - Store 0203). And here it is four months later and I am still trying to get this issue resolved.

Can you assist me with this problem

Lowe's Online order

I placed an order back in November 2022 (order # [protected]) for EverTrue 11/16-in x 2-1/4-in x 7-ft ...mouldings. The order was placed on 11-24-2022

Invoice # 91750. At the time of online order it was conveyed to me that said items were in stock and would have to be freight delivered which raised the cost seventy nine more dollars. These items were for a customer who was trying to match her existing trim. Upon completing this order, I received an email stating that Lowe's had received said order and shipping info would be forthcoming. Days passed and soon a week had passed and still no shipping info. I checked online, only to get the same message, order pending. I tried calling the Store in Kingston,Ma and was basically told the same thing order pending. After a month of taking verbal abuse from my customer, I was able to convince them to go with a different trim which required more work as well as more expense which I had to absorb, as part of the agreement was, that I had to replace the connecting hallway trim to match at my expense. I had basically moved on from this inexcusable situation until (fast forward to July 17, 2023) when I received a phone call From a Victoria at Weymouth Lowe"s inquiring about an order I placed back in Nov 2022. When I returned her call on 07/19, I was placed on hold for at least 15min at which point I was connected to a person who in my opinion was very rude and unhelpful. I was basically told that she did not work in that dept and that everyone else was busy but I could call the Kingston store and maybe somebody there could help. Needless to say, I was furious at this point and hung up on her. This to me as a paying customer is just unacceptable and has left a very bad taste in my mouth concerning doing business with Lowe's in the future. To get not even so much as a phone call on this order until almost eight months later tells me that Lowe's should really consider whether or not they should have an online presence as this is not the first time I have had a problem ordering online at Lowe's, whereas I have ordered many many times from Lowe's competitors and not had an issue

Desired outcome: At this point, I would prefer to leave it up to Lowe's as to how they wish to handle this situation
