I signed up for a trial use of JUSTANSWER on September 20, 2025. I saw no messaging suggesting this was a trial and automatic sign up for a $46/month service.
I cancelled the service when I discovered it on my credit card. When I contacted JUSTANSWER for the date of the trial sign up I was told it was September 20, 2025 and that all subsequent charges were automatically applied to my credit card.
I have reviewed my credit card statements for September and October and DO NOT find a $5.00 charge on either month for JUSTANSWER.
How is it I can be charged for monthly fees when there is no record of the initial trial fee? 026.
Desired outcome: I want a refund of the $46 for the months of October, November, and December 2025 AND January and February 2
