TurboTax review: Much worse than a year ago

Poor design with many glitches.
Much worse than in previous 20 years.
Just one example:
After importing data from previous year TurboTax return and choosing UPDATE for IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) I was moved to page
Review your R-1099 summary
with an instruction:
"Add all 1099Rs you need to. You can edit, add or delete info here."
"Enter, edit or delete lender and interest info"
followed by this wrong warning:
"! Enter, edit or delete your lender and interest info."

There were red buttons "NEEDS REVIEW" next to the lines titled "Financial Institution", all of them not working (not clickable).

One of many examples of how mass proliferation of Indian programmers has decimated the quality of the software we use.

To make things worse, no telephone for help is provided with TurboTax. All they offer in the case of problems is "Community discussions".
