I have nothing positive to say about this company. I made the mistake of assuming this company was affiliated with actually paying medical bills.
They are not. They take your money then send an email saying they mailed the payment. I could mail a check so that's the first red flag. Then several weeks later they send you another email saying the Dr/Hospital has not cashed the check and if they don't cash it by the end of the following month they will refund the money. In the meantime, I've received several notices that the bill has not been paid. I don't understand how they can be allowed to do business at all.

Recommendation: DO NOT use this company!!!!
