ABS Solutions, L.L.C.

I was a manager there until today. The Sonic I worked at in Oologah, Oklahoma is downright disgusting. The employees talk bad about every customer and will even cuss them for coming to get food. My manager Amber Fiorito even slapped me on my face the day of Augist 27th, aprx 7:00a.m. -9:00 a.m. they have been nothing but disrespectful. I am considering legal action if tgis dont get addressed. I only held off because I have a son and need to pay my bills. I was in fear of losing my job filing a complaint.

I’m also a victim of this company “ABS Solutions”, for the last 11 months my husband and I have been working with his company. Initially everything appeared to be going well, they assured us that they could help us with two of our properties, for that we paid upfront $6, 000.00 and $1, 500.00 for a loan modification.

Within a short time no one at their office was answering our calls. When we demanded our money back because of their lack of communication they immediate started putting up a show, they even send us the same congratulation letter.

Unfortunately we know we’re not alone, at least 5 other families we know were swindled by ABS Solutions. Some of them have received notices of eviction.

As of today this company no longer operates in their La Mesa office, they have disappeared.

All of us affected by this company should do something to make them accountable for their actions, I suggest we all put our heads together and fight for what’s right.
