I have been dealing with them since I was laid off aug 3, i. Ve sent numerous emails to them about my account and no reply from them... They stated that I had 2 accounts and that is why my account was suspended, i've asked them to disable the other account and reactivate my account... No response at all... Third party vendor is maintaining inaccurate identifying information...
ID me is a failed log in security measure constantly asking for the same information already provided. Am going back to snail mail to obtain documents needed. The old login measures for SSA and VA worked just fine. I am sure these clowns at ID Me got a fat government contract so thy can collect peoples personal information.
Completely nonresponsive. All I needed was to change an email address. The instructions are not clear and now I am locked out for 7 days with no way of accessing any information and no help or information on what to do next. No ticket number no phone no nothing. FUBAR.
You must use the site to access SSA and IRS. However, if you have any trouble, for example, inconsistencies between government data and ID.me, then they will quickly send you a useless email, but you'll never reach a human or resolve your issue.
You people do not response and you have no phone number this online mess sucks not able to access my account because it says you all cannot identify my identity you ave my account under my daughter name
After logging in, if you click on one if their link, it logs you out. You have to go through 2 factor authentication once again.
My uploaded photos were rejected and I created a ticket - no resolution. I called, tried chat, emailed the two founders. No luck!
