They didn't allow me to check how much money I have already earned

I have invested money in Hope Investment Group, because they offered the profit of $10, 000 if you invest $1, 000. I decided to try and have invested and the company took two fees for the verification of identity, which wasnâ€™t refundable. And the second fee was for the insurance. But after 30 days I couldnâ€™t log in to my account and check how much money I have already got. The staff also didnâ€™t react.
