Headout Request for cancellation booking was not addressed

We reached the A Famosa ticketing and there was a offer from the online officially website. I wrongly booked under 3rd party website (Headout) instead of booking from the officially website. The google search directed me to this website. My booking was still in pending process and when I called Headout , it was unreachable, and no confirmation received...
