Phone services billing
After a grueling 2 hours transferred back and forth each department swearing it's the other departments duty. I was eventually issued 1 refund for services i cancelled that i purchased 30 minutes Pryor to seeing the dishonest and scamming. I did receive email stating the charges for both voice programs due to not receiving services or links for the one...
