Dec 2nd at 8 PM. We traveled 0.2 miles, and the cost for 2 people was $140.67. This seems high to me. We needed a ride to the Emergency room at Halifax Hospital, which is a small hospital located only 0.2 miles from our residence. Is there a price list? We did not use the service on the way back because our son-in-law picked us up. We did not kniw our son-in-law would meet us at the hospital

I cannot recommend this service. They left me waiting a numv=ber of times while they try to understand the request. Last nigh I spent almost 30 minutes waiting alone at an airport after nearly 24 hours of travel. I was tired and weak and vulnerable and their dispatcher was trying to find a "pin" to assign to a pick up. This wasn't the first time. You absolutely have to have the exact address for pick up and drop off. This is nearly impossible at airports where there is generally one address but not differnet addresses for pick up and drop off. They are unfamiliar with different areas of the country. And some of their dispatchers have heavy accents themselves. I don't understand their fee schedule either although I have asked for clarification. They definitly do not have my trust and I won't be using them again.
