I am very disappointed and regret I dealt with them and that I chose them one day.
Recently I had a car accident and called them to get their help.
It took me 40 minutes to get in touch with someone named John. He listened to me and then said that right now the company can't help me because I called during non-working hours.
Oh my god, who the heck cares? So it means if I get in trouble in the middle of the night, it means I will have to wait until morning, judging by your logic.
Of course, he didn't say anything and hung up on me. Thank you, John, for spending your time at the office on the phone, without any desire to help. Terrible.
