Gemini General Contracting

I hit up Gemini General Contracting, LLC for a quote on new gutters. We signed a contract on 8/2. They came out to fix up the gutterboard on 8/20 and said the roof was messed up too. They said they'd meet with the insurance guy, but their dude got stuck in traffic. Gemini said they'd work with the insurance to get the roof and gutters done. We signed a new contract on 9/10 for both. They did the roof, but didn't call us to schedule the gutters. I reached out a bunch of times, but they didn't call my husband like they said they would. Now they're saying the insurance won't cover the gutters, even though they put it in the contract. *** says they asked for pics, but Gemini didn't send the right ones. Gemini wants us to pay the rest of the contract, even though they didn't finish the work. We said we'd get a lawyer and now they're threatening to take us to court. We're looking for a lawyer to help us out.
