Better Me (Chair Yoga) - Unauthorized charges, cannot find a number nor email address to contact.

I signed upon line for a 4 week trial plan for chair yoga for $15.19. In addition the same day on 7/7/24 I was charged $9.99. On 7/11 charged $19.29 and on 7/14 $99.99, which I never signed for, nor did I even know about it or use it. Total $246. Additionally, I injured my back and cannot use the exercise at all. I want a full refund. I think this company is running a scam, especially on older people. (I am 83).

Furniture Village Ltd - Lack of after-care service

An expensive Geltouch 5000 mattress bought from Furniture Village was delivered damaged by being bent and strapped in half - contrary to the manufacturer's guidelines. Despite my sending two letters of complaint to local store, plus one email and one letter to head office, I have still not had the courtesy of receiving a single reply. Extremely poor after-sales service. Furniture Village does not deserve our custom.

Charter Club Sheets - Charter club king extra deep

I bought a set of charter club king extra deep sheets after a few washes the fitted sheet started to rip. I paid close to. 200 for the set that didn't even last a year. I bought it at Macys. Looking inside the fitted there is a line of missing thread and I guessed it started to rip there. For such expensive set this should not be happening.
