I was alright with this prescription for about a month. My first prescription was lost by FedEx so I had to pay $20 for it to be reshipped. Small issue but okay. Then this had changed my billing date. So about 3 weeks later I finally received my meds. Then a week before the new billing change on Aug. 1 I was charged $90. Then the 1st I was charged $40. About 2 weeks later and I have not received any of my meds. Fast forward to a $40 refund and no meds for the previous month, and numerous messages to them with no help, I finally got my account deleted. Biggest waste of time and money I've ever had. They do not care about LGBT+ people like they claim. It's always been about money.
Desired outcome: I just want to recieve the testosterone I've paid for and wasted time from work to see doctors to prescribe it to me. I feel used
