FedEx Ruined High Dollar Product

Tracking number: [protected]
I paid $85 to ship this package. It was marked as a high dollar item (over $120) and with a dry ice label. I was told this package would be delivered within the time frame that dry ice lasts and that the big label on the outside of the package would ensure this as well. As of right now my package is in Texas and was shipped on 9/20/21. This item is already completely damaged and worthless. I would like a complete refund of my shipping cost.

FedEx Shipping

Fedex has got to be the worst shipping service I have dealt with. I do understand with the pandemic going on that shipping has been elevated . But DAMN! Every time I order something and it ships Fedex it takes 3 times as long than shipping with the USPS. 7 days from Ontario California to Modesto? I can drive there in 4.5 hours. I will stop buying items if they ship Fedex from now on. Fedex is union employed and supposed to be the best of the best. Screw that noise, they are the absolute worst. I do hope some how, some way they go out of business. Big middle finger to you Fedex.

FedEx Lousy service by fedex

Pkg was to be here 9/23. FedEx was seen passing my driveway by deputy at 1400. FedEx reported attempted delivery at 1459. Deputy, who had been sitting across from my driveway since approx. 1000, said no FedEx in area at that time. I was home ALL DAMN DAY waiting for this delivery. No attempt was made per security cameras. I have a very large sign especially for FedEx at the end of my driveway, since they have such a hard time delivering to the right address. FedEx sucks. They obviously lie about attempting delivery too.

FedEx Lack of Customer Service

I have been waiting for a package I ordered on Sept 8, 2021 as of now Sept 23, 2021 I still have not received it yet ! Have called your so called support line and not much help . I have received another package from another country faster than what this company does unreal considering my package was coming from N.C TO CA . Where is a Manager to talk to, as I have been told there is no Manager to talk to ? This is not the first time having problems with getting my packages but, IT IS THE LAST TIME I WILL BE HAVING ANYTHING SENT TO ME BY FED X .

FedEx Packages not delivered

Re: Tracking # [protected]. This package is over a week late and there is no delivery date. I called the customer service Department of Fedex and they opened a case # for me, which [protected] and I was told my package was still on the main truck that bought it into the Portland hub was scanned and is still on the truck. They were supposed to contact this office to get it put on a delivery truck to me but as of now, 9/23/21 it is still on the truck with no date for delivery. This is the 2nd package in a week's time that was delayed for the same reason. The packages are from Yankee Candle Co which means the candles are sitting in a truck and could be melting now. Please help me. Sincerely, Ruth White

P.S. There are more deliveries expected in the next week from the same place.

FedEx My order from my pillow was shipped on september 8th. It is now september 22nd and I still don't have it.

Why is it that shipping via UPS is such a pleasant experience all the way around. When the shipper says that you will receive a package within 3-7 days it happens. Not with Fed Ex. I have had a package shipped from Minnesota on September 8th and I have yet to receive it. The tracking updates were forever in the pending state. The last update was yesterday, September 21st. The update said that my package was to be delivered to Troy NY by the end of the day, September 22nd coming from NJ. Now I have another email update which states that the delivery is pending. No further information available. There is no excuse for this looooong delay. I will definitely not do business with any .com retailer that uses Fed Ex.

FedEx Fedex ground deliveries

Ground Delivery Tracking #s [protected], [protected], [protected]
are just a few examples of FEDEX holding our packages and not delivering them for 10 to 16 days, or they are on the truck and they don't drop them off.
The packages are being sent from GRAYSLAKE, IL to South Bend IN then they go to PERRYSBURG, OH instead of being put on delivery truck to be delivered to Goshen IN.

Desired outcome: STOP SENDING our packages to PERRYSBURG, OH and get them on the delivery Truck to GOSHEN IN

FedEx Driver

Packages of other people left at my house because driver does not want to drive down dirt road. It is not my responsibility to get people their packages that is yours. Driver is based out of evergreen, alabama. She told me she could leave packages at my house. Amazing how FedEx gets people their packages, can't you?

I should not have to address this again.

Desired outcome: Contact driver. The girls has a job and she needs to do it!

FedEx Shipping delay, delay, delay

Purchased a part for a job suppose to get part between 9/14 - 9/17, guess what, no delivery. Was stuck at some fedex facility for 3 days showing it arrived at the facility each of the 3 days? How do they do that? USPS is much better at this than fedex will ever be.
Sorry for getting political here but if the GOP gets their way, USPS would be abolished and fedex & ups would be the only big game in town. How much more costly and how much worse would this type of shipping be if that happened...

Desired outcome: For fedex to be a competent shipper, yeah I know I'm not holding my breath.

FedEx Truck drivers

Around midnight 09/17, another car was hit by a FedEx truck and spun into my lane causing me to hit their car. The FedEx truck stopped since I hit the other car into their lane, but when I came to a stop and got out, the FedEx truck had sped away. I called customer service and was informed that I'd need to wait until Monday to speak with someone about tracking the truck down, since I didn't get any numbers off of it, just visuals and when and where it happened. I will be calling back but I would love to speak with someone as I now have a totaled car and am stuck finding transportation. Before even being hit I was riding near the FedEx truck and he almost ran someone else off the road before the accident even happened. I am hurt and furious that a driver with FedEx would cause such turmoil and then run away from crashed vehicles. My car is totaled pretty much from the axle and suspension and the other car was completely totaled having spun into the barrier before I even touched him.

I sent a package ground on 9-14-scheduled to arrive wed-it is now 9-17-not arrived-status unknown-pending with no help from fed ex-tjey were keys sent for someone to use a vacation house

FedEx Meridian ms ground terminal

After being fired he was allowed to come back with a new route owner. He was allowed to work with another route . The lady at the residence has been taking chemotherapy and her medicine was in one of those boxes . He has numerous things he has done on routes. Kicking dogs and the lady came out and he stocked up his middle finger at her . Putting packages in the yard and dogs tore it up . Throwing packages on porch and breaking things . Hugging women at a att store and she reports him and said she was uncomfortable.

FedEx Gerald new owner and kelvin terminal manager @Meridian Mississippi terminal ridiculously being ran

FedEx driver was fired from work. Owner sold the routes and they have brought back two drivers that were caught on camera throwing boxes and running mailboxes over and trash cans . They have bee reported as being a safety issue. They are running trucks with no cameras and no insurance . Also no workers Compensation. The terminal manager is very close to the new owner that took over routes . He's running the routes his self. He tells the drivers what to do . It was a accident the other day and the new owner didn't have insurance. The driver got a ticket and was hurt . He still hasn't issued workers comp . The trucks are not suppose to leave the terminal if they don't have insurance and Camera amongst other things that they may not have .

FedEx Driver in Houston Texas

Hi, I had a fedex driver almost hit my car at 8181 Fannin st. I had parked at the mail
Location we have to pick up mail. He came with in 1 inch of hitting my car on purpose.
He got out of his truck and came around on the passenger side door, and I said to him
He almost hit my car! He said angered voice
I don't give a [censored]! Then he tried to open the passenger side door of my car thank God it was locked! This man not only almost hit my car but then tried to assault me🚨

FedEx FedEx fails to deliver.

My complaint: FedEx, the deliver company, does not deliver.
Specifics in my case are as follows. FedEx said my package would arrive at my home in Portland, OR on Thursday, 9/9/2021: "Initially expected: Thursday, 9/9/2021." It did arrive in Portland until 9/11, but FedEx has not delivered. Today, Tuesday the 14th, it still has not been delivered. The worst thing is that FedEx cannot even predict when it MIGHT be delivered. "No scheduled delivery date available at this time." The FedEx tracking number is [protected].

Desired outcome: 1) Deliver my package. 2) Go bankrupt and close down.

FedEx 2 day priority shipping

purchased textbook from "Priority Textbook" with 2 day priority shipping via FedEx. Shipped the 9th of Sept. Not arriving until 16th. [protected] is fedex tracking number. no help or assistance from fedex.
Order # from sender is 237676. Shipper sent email to confirm it was shipped on the 9th.
Spent over 2 hours on the phone with FedEx to no avail.
Seller number is a constant busy signal.

Desired outcome: FedEx prohibits this false advertising by sellers

FedEx Dangerous Driver

Tuesday September 14 noon
Driver came barreling onto Rainbird (main artery) from Mesa Estates rd (side str) without checking for traffic (me), forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident with the FedEx truck. Totally unsafe.
Apparently this complaint is too short, even tho the facts are represented. Let me add some characters so someone will take action...

FedEx Delivery

Multiple issues on severs occasions over the past two years. Started by leaving packages in the middle of the driveway, then leaving at the street by the mailbox not viewable from the house, now marking undeliverable (customer not available for signature) when they never attempted delivery at all. Attempts at contacting and resolving with customer service not successful at all. Thought maybe they were concerned about our dog but we do not have a fence and dog is always inside or on a leash and I noted that on our fedex delivery manager. We had zero problems for several years then suddenly they refuse to go down the driveway. One delivery person said that they aren't supposed to walk but so many feet from their trucks. We have a circle drive. Considering a parcel box but I have little faith that they would even use it at this point. It's insanely frustrating! If it rains, undeliverable, if the carrier doesn't feel like it, undeliverable. If I knew of any other reasonable explanation as to why they refuse to do their job and put the package on our porch, away from pirates, weather, and moving vehicles, I would gladly make accommodations to make their job easier.

Desired outcome: DELIVER TO OUR PORCH, AS SCHEDULED!

UPDATE: After a few complaints via phone calls to the customer service number, FINALLY a rep forwarded the complaint to the “station”. I received a call from the contractor that has has taken over our route and the issue seems to have been resolved! ASK FOR THE INFORMATION TO BE SENT TO THE STATION. Apparently that isn’t procedure until you’re about to scream your bloody head off. Kudos to the contractor on our route for handling it personally and ensuring the issue has been resolved.

Ignoring request to leave at door, packages are being left at mailbox beside a main highway. Also about 1/4 mile from house. High possibility of being stolen or weather damaged!

on the box it says PLEASE DELIVERY TO FRONT DOOR but every time the idiot drop it off at the back of garage i am handicapped and have use of only 1 hand and arm this is discrimination of the disabled
