FedEx Driver on my gravel road

I have a concern with a driver on my gravel road.
The road is loose gravel with lots of small hills. Wife and 12 year old daughter walking dogs they was at bottom of hill and driver going about 40-50 mph coming toward them. Driver quickly slowed down right before them at top of hill wife thought she was going to loose control and hit them or roll it on them. Driver slowed down to about 30 mph or so and drove around them kicking up gravel on them and covering them with rock dust.
I live at 16444 hickory dr neosho mo. 64850 where This took place. The time was 4:20 pm. Please do something about this. It was very dangerous I don't want to loose a family member in the future because we never know when they will be through.

FedEx Late delivery of a package

On 9/28/2021, I mailed a gift box via FedEx (tracking number [protected]) from Livermore, CA to Highlands Ranch, CO. I was told at the time that I mailed it that the box would be delivered by no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, 10/01/2021. Instead, it was not delivered until 10/04/2021. It was a gift for my granddaughter's birthday, and as a result she did not receive it at the time of her party. It was costly to ship and I was charged $49.41 for a small, light weight box. I feel that I should receive a full or partial refund since it was not delivered on the day that it was suppose to.

Desired outcome: Partial or complete refund of the $49.41 that I paid to ship it through FedEx.

FedEx Driver speeding down the road

Driver was driving roughly 60 mph on a residential road with a speed limit of 20 mph.

Spoke with driver. Said he did not know speed limit and apologized.
Driver then continued on at high speed

Truck number was 425402
Tag number was RTZ3787 Georgia

This happened 10/5/2021 @ 4:45 pm on Deer Woods Trail in Cleveland, GA

Desired outcome: slow down!!

FedEx Handicapped Delivery Violation

Driver refuses to deliver packages to the 2nd floor door for handicapped seniors. The actual address that is on every label is:

FedEx Delivery

Delivery is delayed delayed delayed! My package sat 1 hour from my house for a week! Then, when it finally got on a truck and out for delivery... Promised by the end of today, oct 4, 2021... I got another message saying there was a security gate they couldn't get through to make the delivery. That is a lie! I have no gate. And, at the time they said they tried to deliver my package, I had been sitting on my front porch for about 40 minutes with full view of my road and driveway... Not a single fedex truck... Or any other vehicle... Came up my drive during that time! That is a cya lie to cover up the driver's incompetence... End of day and quitting time i'm sure. Now it's to be delivered tomorrow? Unacceptable! I contacted my case manager and she said someone would call me and let me know if the truck can come back... Since it was supposedly here 15 minutes ago! No one has contacted me! I want my package before the end of this day as promised!

Desired outcome: DELIVER MY PACKAGE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FedEx Over night packing

They are said package by Friday. It's now Sunday. They lied to me over and over. I would never use them again. Customer service is also horrible. I called a few times Ans evey one of them lied to me. I will be calling Apple as well. As I over nighter it and needed it for for business on Monday. I will also be righting a bunch of bad reviews. Customer service even hung up on me twice. Not even a call back.

FedEx 1 attempt to delivery

1 attempt to deliver was made, after that package disappeared. after numerous unanswered calls and emails...still nothing other than "we will get back to you.." then "just call shipper and have them file complaint, its better if they do it." Contacted Dell and explained 1200 dollar laptop is gone.. tracking says "one attempt made, next business day will be delivered.." I'm going back in forth arguing with both..." are you sure you used the right address?" i was asked several times. the fedex-webster tx- location has horrible online reviews. i guess if package goes there and someone there wants it, its just your loss because there response is oh well it just disappeared.

Desired outcome: i would think someone would take the theft/disappearance of pkgs seriously and actually investigate

FedEx Non Deliver of Package

16 Sep 2021 package left Ft Worth TX to Bloomington CA. Arrives? at Bloomington CA 12 days later on 28 Sep 2021. package is still "In Transit" to or at Sacramento since then. Oct 2 2021 not delivered no status. Calling FedEx is waste of your time, they can only tell you the same info as what you get online with tracking ID. I reordered same goods from seller a week after this package was lost in FedEx. had them use UPS, that package arrive 30 Sep 2021. Never use FedEx if you want timely delivery and accurate in transit status.

FedEx Shipping Charges

I purchased a box 24x24x2 at packaging store. Packed my items, printed label then took it to Fed Ex to drop off. The fed Ex person confirmed I did all correct, scanned and accepted my package. Package shipped and delivered. Then - a few days later I got email saying they did an "audit" of my shipment and found I was under charged. The new charges were more than 4x what I initially paid, and they proceeded to take the money off my card.-without notifiying me before hand.

Further checking showed they AFTER DELIVERY, somehow changed the dimensions of my package to 31x24x13. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A BOX TO SUDDENLY GROW IN SIZE LIKE THIS. Were not looking at mis measure by and inch or so. Im seeing completely different package in the system. The recipient confirms it came in the 24*24*2 box. Its also unbelievable that all along the route from drop off the last scan - that this package remained 24*24*2..then suddenly increased in size - exponentially. The increase caused it to be massive "oversize" resulting in them charging much higher - almost $90 instead of the $20 I was quoted and paid.

Their customer service basically told me take a hike. They would do nothing, thats how much it cost, and they got their money...NO EFFORT TO EVEN TRACK THE DISCREPANCY

Desired outcome: Refund of the difference and apology for the discarding tone of their staff

FedEx FedEX driver runs stop sign

I live at 418 E Miitchell st Lake City Mich Yes its a small town and it is one block away from the school but its a busy street I was out side with my dog and herd the truck coming and I turned to look and He was Doing the slow and go at the stop sign and for sure he just did that slowed down and did not stop at the stop sign and go

Please just because no one might be coming and if there is Please stop at the stop signs

Desired outcome: just remind the drivers to slow down a little and stop qt tge stop signs

FedEx Drivers speeding on private, residential street

On September 30 between 12:00 noon and 12:30 the FEX driver sped down our street, Joy Road in Shelbyville, MI. This is a private drive, speed limit 15MPH. The driver was going so fast that at the top of a bridge I was afraid he would do damage to his truck. When I yelled at him, he ignored me. This is consistent behavior for FEDEX drivers on our street. We live on a lake, and have children playing. Your drivers are guests. Three months ago another driver was speeding in the left lane on US 131 in downtown Grand Rapids. When the driver in front of him suddenly stopped, he didn't see it and then had to swerve into the guardrail. Nearly caused a major accident. How can we get the FEDEX office in Grand Rapids, Michigan to instruct the drivers to slow down? Or doesn't FEDEX care about safety?

FedEx 2 boxes lost in an International shipment. Not getting help from customer service .

10boxes were shipped from France to my company in Australia. 2 boxes have been lost somewhere in transition. The customer Service staff is not at all helpful. Felix Khairul in Melbourne was looking after my dispute. He never ever returns my phone calls or emails. I have evidence of all emails I have sent to him.
I have also sent a claim form to Fedex today (29/9/2021). Felix did not even provide me the FedEx control no. which I was supposed to fill up on the Claim Form after repeated emails of my request.
My AWB no is [protected].

I will be grateful if you could look into this complaint.

FedEx Deliveries

Drivers delivered packages to our front door until last year when we remodeled and put a door on the side of our house. Ever since, they randomly leave packages there despite me creating a Fedex account and setting my delivery preference to the front door only. The side door is not covered, and they have left packages in the rain. Almost every time they leave a package there, I've called to complain. I'm told the information will be given to the local supervisor who will call me, but no one ever has. Yesterday it happened again. I had no sooner called and complained this morning than I got notice of a delivery. Again, they delivered it to the side door. The first lady I spoke with said she needed the tracking number for two different packages that were left there before she could file a complaint, or she would get in trouble. So I called after the second one was left. That lady said she only needed one tracking number, but she couldn't give me a case ID number. She gave me what I thought was an email address to file a complaint myself. She said I'd get a case ID number then. When I tried it, it was not a good address. So I called back and spoke with a gentleman who took both tracking numbers filed a complaint for me, and gave me the case ID number. How is it that your policies/procedures differ from one employee to the next, and what is the truth in this matter? It's so frustrating. I wish the vendors I use would quit using Fedex. I do not have this problem with UPS or USPS. They both deliver to my front door.

Desired outcome: STOP DELIVERING TO MY SIDE DOOR!

I do not understand why I have to wait until Wednesday for a package that was out for delivery on Monday? It should have been delivered today (Tuesday) not Wednesday.

This package was only coming from the next state over and by the time it gets here it will have been 6 days for a what should have been a 1 day delivery... at least it would have been with UPS.

FedEx Package delivery falsification

I have a medicated pet food supposed to be delivered to my house on 9/24/2021, which got delayed until 9/25/2021, then said it was changed to be delivered on the 9/26/2021. System said attempt to deliver but my security cameras show noone came. The lied.

Desired outcome: my dog is ill and needs the food. if passes away i am suing for lying about delivery attempt. i have pictures of notifications, recorded call of rep lying to me and pictures of false notifications of attempt

very upset about them lying when they never attempted to delivery of medicated pet food, when they said they attempted delivery when they did not. was delayed from Friday to Saturday to Sunday to lying about delivery attempt, then monday they said they wont deliver because they deliver from Tuesday to Sunday. I have pictures of all delivery tracking status, and falsified attempt on Sunday including security camera footage of them never coming to delivery, then recording online said they tried and even website said they attempted delivery and even phone call CSR said they attempted until I told him I have cameras the he retracted the lie and said it wasnt attempted. i am very upset and if my dog dies because of this I am most definitely taking legal action in outright lies from fedex

FedEx Package not received as of yet.

I haven't received my package yet! Only BS & Lies from FedEx. In their failed system, my package is constantly ARRIVING in OCALA, FL and going around and around and around...(See their information below)
Plus this proves without a doubt that when they said "... It will be delivered by the end of the day" YOU now know it's nothing more than a complete lie/BS... The picture am sending is nothing more than just one of many notifications of a Scheduled Delivery BS that never shows up... And the video shows that FedEx does come to my neighborhood and simply passes my place (NEVER STOPPING) ...Saturday, September 25, 2021

FedEx Driver lied about "attempting to deliver" package, tracking number: [protected]

I was sitting at home next to front door with windows open and waiting for delivery. FedEx driver never stopped and at no time was a any attempt at delivery made yet FedEx website indicates delivery was attempted.

The delivery was a critical medical device that now the website indicates will not be delivered until 3 days from now. I hope FedEx is monitoring this website.

FedEx Service bad service

My husband who has stage 4lung cancer got a lift chair to be delivered by your company. It came today the driver left it on the front sidewalk. I had to drag it up to our porch I am 72. I don't know if the driver was having a bad day or what but the delivery was unacceptable. Thank you, Patricia Hamons

Desired outcome: Just for the driver to say he's sorry & tell me why he was so rude.

The drivers needs extra training on where they deliver items on properties since common sense doesn’t register.

FedEx Fedex driver does not know where they are supposed to deliver

Date of incident was 09/24/2021
Had a package coming to my house that i needed to sign for.
Had purchased from the company several times but they always used UPS and i never had any problems. Sadly they changed to fedex as their carrier and the first order they shipped using them ended in a complete mess. I always ask for texts with information when the package should arrive, and other information. After receiving loads of tests from Fedex telling me my package was to be delivered one day, then the next, then the next-without any delivery happening for one reason or another, and having to be here to sign for the package, i finally received a text saying the box was to be delivered on friday the 24th of September. So there i say waiting for the delivery truck so i could sign for the box, and what happens? I receive a test that the driver attempted a delivery but no one was home so they will try again. Well that is just great but i was sitting here all day waiting for the box and at the time they say they "attempted" delivery i was outside on the porch and believe me no one came. What was worse was the absolute ineptitude and complete lack of customer service-just using the words customer service in the same sentence as Fedex is a joke and completely inexcusable for such a huge company. I don't know what type of documentation you would want as the only thing i have is text after text telling me the same thing that my order is delayed, missing, and attempted delivery was made. I know it is hard to get people to work right now but seriously i don't know what this driver was doing but he or she was not attempting a delivery at my house. I could not get any answers nor would Fedex try to get the package redelivered which is just nonsense.

Desired outcome: Want someone to tell me what happened to my package and why driver said an attempt was made to deliver when it was not
