Fashion Furniture Defective product and poor customer service

Purchased a $7500 3-piece couch. The recliner on the couch was defective a week after delivery. The mechanism was making loud noises and the whole couch was jerking while reclining. That was in October 2023. Management just updated me stating repairs will not happen until mid Feb 2024. Thats 4 months after I notified them that I am unable to use the recliner! They refused to accept a return or refund because it is past their 7-day return policy. But, the product was defective! The quality they promised before signing and the quality of the product the consumers receive is not the same. This couch was subpar at most. Even the battery pack i bought for $250 was defective and dead after 3 charging cycles and they did not want to exchange or refund! Very frustrating experience especially we got those couches for the holidays and none of my visitors was able to use the recliner! Dealing with the manager Andy was a nightmare as well. He basically talked like reading a script on how they help their customers but they can't control what happens at the manufacturer side. Well, let them know that the couches they manufacture are defective and to allow return of such defective items. Please save yourself some stress and stay away from Fashion Furniture. Nothing good will come out of your buying experience with them!

Recommendation: Stay away from Fashion Furniture. The quality of the product is subpar at best. They will not accept a return or refund even for defective products. Consumers are out of luck when it comes to defective products!

Purchased a 3-piece couch mid October 2023. The recliner part of the couch started jerking and making loud noises when reclining. This was a week after delivery. Contacted store and was informed it was the reclining mechanism under the couch and that they will order new parts. That was on 11/3/23. Today I was informed that repair will not happen until mid Feb 2024. Four months after I notified them of the defective couch they sold me. Management does not want to accept return or refund me for a defective product. Instead insisted they are replacing the parts and will perform service for free. In the meantime, the consumer is out of luck while waiting for the parts to come and for the service department to schedule the repair. Very bad customer service. Even the batter pack worth $250 was completely dead after 3 rounds of charging and they dont want to deal with that. Basically, I am out $250 and they dont care. All they cared about was for me to sign the dotted line and their promises of good quality and service is out the window.

Fashion Furniture d1210-60 bl reclining leather loveseat body 423-70

We purchased a loveseat and matching sofa at Fashion Furniture in Fresno, CA. Some months after the purchase the recliner would not function and the dye was fading. The loveseat was replaced at no cost. Just after the one year period ended the loveseat began to fade. We contacted the store and were told that there was nothing they could do. A few months later one of the recliner connections broke and again the store was contacted. We were told they would give us the name and phone number of a repair service, but it would be at our expense. We had the repair work done and paid for the parts and service. We are at a point where the loveseat looks so bad and our even our guest have made coments. The sofa also has areas where the dye is failing. The fading is not nearly as sever because it is used much less. I would be more than happy to send photos if needed. What are my options?
I would think that you would do something to honor my faith in your product and uphold your standards for quaility.
