Fabricoz Disappointing Experience with Fabricoz: Poor Stitching and Unfriendly Return Policy

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Fabricoz (fabricoz.com). I ordered two custom items from them, spending a total of $350. Unfortunately, both orders were ruined due to poor stitching. When I reached out to the company to request a return or exchange, I was disappointed to find out that their policy is not very customer-friendly. They only offered to refund the stitching fee, which was $25 for each item. I was pretty frustrated by this, to say the least.

Overall, I was disappointed by my experience with Fabricoz. While their website and selection of fabrics are impressive, their customer service and return policy left a lot to be desired. I would caution anyone considering ordering from them to be aware of these potential issues.
