Bought an upgrade to business class on 2/4/26 and was told it included a chauffeur. The ticket and the details on the website confirmed this (evidence uploaded) but I could not book it online. When I called to complain, I was told it was my mistake and there would be no chauffeur. They kept telling me I had an economy ticket, when I did not, and then they said that when you buy an upgrade you don't get a chauffeur. This was not what I was told when i bought the ticket and I was told on their system that I would get one. My ticket clearly states "Business deluxe" which is entiteled to a chauffeur. The ticket cost £3000 and the taxi is about £30. They are prepared to lose my custom over this because they cannot admit they should hnour promises.

Desired outcome: chauffeur and cash compensation for wasting my time and saying their mistake was my mistake and my problem. I would also like an apology.
