My truck is a 2015 , has over 147k miles on it. I have it for 8 years and this is the first major issue I have had with my truck. When I purchased it, it had 36k on it. Called to verify coverage because I noticed two differences from my endurance main page. When I initially viewed my contract I went through the short version that was a pop up. It was written under engines that intake and exhaust manifolds are covered. Apparently the contract denies warping. SO last time i checked, exhaust manifolds get extremely hot especially a 3/4 ton truck. My manifolds bolts broke. Claim denied for the bolts are not covered. How else are exhaust manifolds supposed to fail? They are going to get hot.. So, I spoke with 4 different people from 3 different departments. This company failed me in a time that a new paying customer needed them. They are happy to take my money and offer a warranty, but when it comes time to pay for a repair they search through all of their fine print to avoid paying. I did get 2 out of the four reps to acknowledge that the contract version I was seeing is wrong. So I ask if he would correct it. I hope it is. When I went to file a complaint, which listed a different number than the normal customer service number it sent me to the same prompts as the normal number. No complaints option. They didn't even want to replace my exhaust manifolds because they claim they are warped. Now I have to replace those also. Not giving me the comfort or security I should have when paying over $4k for a warranty.
Recommendation: Make sure everything is in perfect running condition when you use this company. Basically a new car.. They will not cover it if they "think" it has been an existing problem. SMH!!
