Dragonhaus

We ordered a big ol' reptile house thingy from Dragonhaus LLC on January 25th, 2022. They said it would take about 19 weeks to get to us. Well, guess what? It's October now, and we've been waiting for a whopping 37 weeks and still no sign of that cage. We've been trying to get in touch with them since early August, but it's like they disappeared off the face of the earth. We called 'em three times, emailed 'em twice, slid into their DMs on Instagram, and even tried *** messenger. But no response, nada, zilch. We paid a grand total of $1047.61 for this thing, and we've tried going through our bank and PayPal to get our money back, but it's too late for that now. Our order number is ***, and all we want is a fat refund since they haven't even bothered to ship our order.
