criminal activity of disqualified director wes zandt
I was ripped off by the Downunder Centre and then I did a bit of digging around after seeing other people's reviews and comments about the company. What I learned was shocking and I can't believe that Richard Gregan and Wes Zandt are able to get away with this crime.
I did say crime as that is exactly what it is. Not just poor service or over charging but a blantant no defence under Law crime.
Wes Zandt ran a previous company into the ground owing thousands when it closed. Due to his poor management he is now disalified as a Director or manager of any company in the U.K. and if he does start or manage a company he and his fellow managers under the law face a 2 year term in prison.
This has not stopped him. He founded the Downunder Centre and is proud to call himself the founders. That is now insolvent and hundreds of thousands of pounds in debt. To make it worse they have been stopped from doing skilled assessment for Australia which was their main source of income.
Instead of closing the business Richard Gregan and Wes opened a visa company called Downunder centre visas. Richard Gregan knows that Wes is a disqualified Director and committing a crime but does not care as he is driven by money only and thinks he will not get caught. Even though he claims to be the compliance officer and Wes Zandt is the Marketing Director.
The business is bankrupt and their accounts show it is going under. If you give the business money you could find it is closed tomorrow and you would have lost your cash.
In His last business that is exactly what happened. Richard also owns OE Visas or Overseas Emigration Visas to give it the full title and Ian Harrap Visas so he knows better and can not claim he is unaware of his crime.
When the Downunder centre closed down and forced into bankruptcy by the insolvency service who are now looking at taking criminal action against them they said they can also come after Richard Gregan's other businesses as he is now a criminal and can not hide behind the vail of limited liability anymore.
That brought me a great deal of hope and relief when I found that out as I struggle to understand how these people get away with these things for so long.
Please, don't be a victim like me and don't give them any money.

This is all utter tosh, as any basic research will show. This person needs help!
These people are aware of what they are doing and clearly don’t care about the law, acting illegally or putting their clients funds at risk.
Based on that alone nobody should give them money or they could loose any fees paid when the company is shutdown by the austhorities.
