Done Right Auto

On February 22, 2022, I had my Altima towed to a local auto shop. The mechanic agreed to do a motor swap on my car because the motor was blown. Later that day, I went to the shop and paid $400 cash, receiving a written agreement and receipt. We agreed on a total cost of $1100 for the motor replacement, including labor, parts, and storage. Around April 14th, I returned to the shop and paid another $400 cash, getting another receipt. The mechanic mentioned needing to do an oil change and motor installation on a van before starting on my car. By the end of May, no work had been done on my car, and the mechanic had no plans to start or issue a refund, even asking me to remove my car from the property.
