canceled subscription
I canceled my subscription (in writing) within 7 days of trying dogtv. My credit card has continued being charged each month for the last 3 months. After sending emails I was finally contacted & told my subscription was canceled however I am still being charged for the last 3 months. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I would never recommend this service to anyone. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a complaint concerning dogtv!

unable to cancel subscription
Since our purchase on May 27th, 2017 we have not been able to view the channel. I emailed support the same day and requested to disregard our request for service. I just keep getting emails that say "try to log in now". I requested to cancel, but I see its still active. Where is the cancel information so I can send in a written cancel letter. It is now June 8th, 2017 and we are still unable to view and cancel. I would like to submit my cancel information prior the 30 day trial ending.

Cannot cancel subscription
Since March 1, 2017 I have sent multiple emails requesting for my subscription to be canceled. I have also seen online that others have not been able to cancel either.

The phone number provided here at www.complaintsboard.com is not connected to the company and leaves you speaking to an identified voice mail.
My desired resolution would be the effective cancellation of my subscription to DogTV immediately and the cease of any further withdrawals from my bank account.
According to Section 2 of their Terms & Conditions cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. As the T&C does not define "in writing" in specific terms an email is sufficient to meet the requirement.

Can't cancel subscription
I have been trying to cancel subscription for five months. When I started I had to call a special number to cancel my subscription. Charges continued appearing on my credit card.
Now my only choice is to send an email. I have gotten no response to multiple emails asking to cancel my account. DogTV website and search engines provide no other method to contact company.
Buyer beware. They begin with an account that is "free" for 30 days but you'll be stuck with a monthly charge for eternity based on my experience.

All of a sudden I noticed that I had dog tv! I have been trying to cancel. I don’t know how it was installed.
I just want help to cancel.
We have been trying for months to cancel with no luck. Unacceptable! We have gone to manage subscriptions and got cancel, but it takes us to a page that then sits nothing.
Cancel Subscription option has been removed. I followed their instructions but it is a dead end. The only option is to click an email link to manage your subscription. I have an annual subscription ending soon but there is no way to cancel, pause, or know what the new annual subscription rate is. I took a screenshot.
Went through their process of camcelling a subscription. I knew it was going to hell because it was a long process. How can a company steel from us after we say no to continuing services with them. They seem so friendly with their peoheamming but its all a front to steel peoples money
I want to cancel my dogtv subscription and there is no way I can do it through the app or the website . I contacted dogtv using the email and they have not responded . I want to cancel it now ! THE WEBSITE IS GARBAGE
I just posted this as a separate compliant as well, but based on the lack of customer service, I figured I should post here as well... I have been unable to cancel my subscription, which after looking at the first email I sent to Support@dogtv.com and info@dogtv.com, since March of 2018! I had assumed that it worked but apparently not. I have scowered the T&C's page looking for any indication of how to cancel. It is been so frusterating and will not recommend DogTV to anyone. If you are confident in your product you should make it easier to manage an account or at the very least respond to customer emails.
For those of you that didn’t was successful with the cancellation.

DogTV looks like a fake!, there is no link in the app (Android) or in the website, neither in the links https://tinyurl.com/lahdft6 or https://imgur.com/NVxfESr that helps to cancel the service. Luckily I subscribe and introduced my payments method using Google Payments, I searched and found this link https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en
I follow the steps and fortunately I could cancel my subscription.

Canceled subscription almost immediately after joining. I thought that would be the end of it, however, I just received an email for a bill. Cannot cancel subscription. Same issues as everyone above. Will never recommend this service/company to anyone. EVER!
