I bought $10,000.00 worth of playground stuff from Dixie Playground for my childcare center

I bought $10,000.00 worth of playground stuff from Dixie Playground for my childcare center. This stuff gotta meet safety standards set by North Carolina Department of Early Childcare and Education. 'Bout 3 months ago, I started hollerin' at Dixie Playground for replacement parts 'cause some of 'em done broke. They done told me four different times when they gonna send 'em, but I ain't got 'em yet. All I want is my replacement parts or I gotta take this stuff off my playground 'cause it ain't safe. I can't get nobody to pick up the dang phone no more. Ain't nobody answerin' my emails. I can't get no parts. They got my address for shippin', card info, and all that. I'd appreciate y'all helpin' me out with this here problem.
