I invested money with DiversyFund over five years ago, expecting that I could withdraw my funds once they reached maturity. However, the company has repeatedly extended the maturity date without clear communication or justification.
Despite multiple attempts to get an update on my withdrawal options, I have not received a definitive response. I am frustrated by the lack of transparency and accountability. If DiversyFund has legitimate reasons for delaying withdrawals, they need to communicate them clearly to investors.
Has anyone successfully withdrawn their funds? What steps did you take? I’m considering escalating this issue through legal or regulatory channels if DiversyFund does not provide a resolution soon.

DiversyFund is good at making promises... and then sidestepping. It's past December, 2025, the time by which they promised a release of funds. Needless to say, they danced again. The DiversyFund name is smeared with a lack of integrity.
DiversyFund is doing a remarkable job of living up to the reputation people warn about.

I have the exaçt problem with DiversyFund. It's been over 5 years and haven't found a way to withdraw my money. I am sure we should be able to find many other people that are in the same boat.
Maybe we should initiate a class action suit against them.
I am in the exact same situation.
I put in funds going off tbe promise that I would receive a final payout after 5 years.
There has been ZERO ACTIVITY in my account aince the end of 2022.
Zero dividend payments after 2022.
I m9w see tbere are many many others in the same boat as me.
