ripped me off by charging $960.00 restocking fee for furniture they never had in stock in did not deliver to me.

They will allow you to order merchandise that's not in the store and once you order it you'll never get it even though you've already paid for it. They will keep telling you they have to get access to the showroom and it should happen next week but when next week comes they will say next week again.
