Disappointing Shipping and Customer Service Experience at DebSpecs
Went to DebSpecs to order me some glasses, but it took them like 5 days just to get around to "processing" my order. I was getting a little antsy waiting around, so I decided to give them a call and see what was up. They told me they'd be shipping it out tomorrow, so I was like okay cool cool.
BUT THEN, two more days went by and my stuff still hadn't shipped. That's when I had it and gave them another call, but this time I cancelled my whole order. I was out here waiting for glasses like a fool!
I mean, dang, if they're trying to be the online shopping place to be, they gotta work on their shipping speed. And don't even get me started on customer service, because I didn't get a single sorry or apology out of them when I called. Like, hello, I'm trying to give y'all my money and you're not even being polite about it.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend DebSpecs to anyone. Stick with a place that actually knows how to handle orders in a timely manner and cares about their customers.

Bought a pair of readers and week after I got it the lens started to pop out. Call customer service after two tries they did call me back. Said that they were going to send me a a call tag, but they never did called and sent emails and never heard from them again. Stay away from the site.
