Seeking assistance with unauthorized brand promotion
Our brand has been subjected to unauthorized promotions via fake coupons distributed by DealSpotr.com. Despite multiple efforts from our side to communicate with them and request the removal of these misleading coupons, our concerns have been largely dismissed. Not only are these coupons never authorized, endorsed, or released by us, but their continued presence on this website is also adversely impacting our brand's image and our relationship with genuine customers.
To compound the issue, they have been sending us emails attempting to persuade us to accept this unauthorized activity. We are keen on resolving this matter without resorting to legal avenues.
Desired outcome: Removing "FayeFur" from dealspotr.com completely.
