Dashnex

I wanna complain about Dashnex LLC. I just started an online bakery in Manila, Philippines. We wanted a website to reach more people, so I saw an ad for DASHNEX. Their video demo made it seem easy. I compared prices with Webix, Shopify, and Dashnex. We wanted a cheap e-commerce site with the same capabilities, so we went with Dashnex. After a month of tweaking and working on the system, it was too complicated. I asked their customer support for help, even if they could connect me with an expert, but no one knew how to use the system. I asked around, but still no help. So, we subscribed to Shopify instead, since it's more popular and has more designers/builders. We're almost done and ready to launch our site. I forgot to cancel my subscription with DASHNex since I'm the only one working on this business. I asked for a refund, but they said no. I hope you can help me get a refund.
