Cracker Barrel cracker barrel paducah ky 42003

I went to Paducah ky cracker barrel today at 11;20 order 3 to go turkey & dressings wiith a extra order of dressing & an ice tea to drink. Cracker Barrel service

On our family vacation me and my family stopped at Cracker Barrel in Powdersville, SC for lunch. Our server was very nice but our food took over 30 minutes to come out. Apparently it was the servers first day on the floor & she wasn't changed in the computer so our order did not go through to the cook. She was very apologetic but we were traveling with two small kids who grew very impatient. We love cracker barrel but this was not a good dining expereience.

Cracker Barrel very poor service

ate at the Cracker Barrel restaurant @ Oolthwah, TN on 6/24/18 traveling back to North Alabama. My husband and I stopped to eat dinner, it was not extremely busy, approx. 3/4 full. We waited 45 minutes for our food. My mashed potatoes was cold, pintos cold and my husband got turnip green, mostly juice not much greens, and cold pintos. however, my fish and macaroni & cheese was hot.

Just thought you should know!

Cracker Barrel cold food, burnt chicken fried steaks

Husband and I stopped at your store #129 in Urbana, IL. We were on vacation from Texas. My husband ordered chicken fried steak, it was so burnt that my husband had to ask for a new one. The new one was burnt around the edges. He trimmed that part off and finished his already cold meal.
We have never gotten food like that before. We will still go to Cracker Barrel, I think it was just a bad cook.

Bought the box 2 weeks ago at my local Walmart, went to make it today for lunch to discover it expired in Nov of 2017 and when I opened it the cheese pouch had a hole in it. Very disappointed that it stayed on the shelf for months after it expired and nobody seemed to notice. My family doesn't have a lot and this was a splurge for us. To spend $4 on a box of Mac & cheese that is expired and bad is a little aggravating.

Good food and service overall which is not the reason for this feedback. Cracker Barrel use to have a fall off the bone baked chicken on their campfire menu wrapped in foil with the potatoes and carrots. I found out that has now been discontinued and replaced by a glazed chicken that is somewhat dry and ordinary. The campfire beef is ok. But the chicken was 5 star! Very very disappointing it is no longer available!

Cracker Barrel old timer breakfast.

Bacon tasted like it had been under heat lamp for a long time. Tasted burnt. The hash brown casserole was the worst I have ever had. Have been going to your chain for a long time. This is one of my favorite meals. Feel I need a refund on meal. Didn't complain to waitress. Didn't want to make her feel bad and it wasn't her fault. John Taylor 17684 Highway FF Mexico Missouri

Cracker Barrel food

My family went here to eat spent 80.00 dollars and when our food came out it was cold and portions were really small our waitress never once offers us refills didn't even come check on us worst service ever experienced had a very unhappy family and ended up having to go somewhere else to eat due to the small amount of food I requested a discount be applied and they refused which left me to pay an 80 dollar bill that didn't satisfy myself or my family very unhappy customers

The service was very slow, due to it being busy and not many servers. I over heard a manager laughing with a waiter and waitress about only giving a waitress 1 table. The more I watched it was a joke among employees and had that young waitress with only 1 table to serve had more than 1 table the service would not have been so bad. It is highly discouraging...

Cracker Barrel food and service

The waitress forgot to bring our bread like we asked after telling her we had been traveling all day and not eaten all day . Both meals were lukewarm and completely cold before finishing meal. The chicken fried steak was not a real steak but a patty and was put on top of the okra which was soggy and in the gravy. There was not enough room to cut up food from being crowded on plate with all the vegetables on the plate. Three vegetables and meat all on a small plate is not enough space. No place to put your bread on your plate. The mashed potatoes were hard. The rolls were flat and overcooked. The music was way to loud. And we never got a refill on our water.

Cracker Barrel cashier and manager refused to accept a legal $100 bill

Tried to pay with a $100 bill I just got at my bank's ATM. The cashier called the manager to to front, where he proceeded to hold the bill to the light, put on bill scanner, then ask me for another type of payment, upon which time I produced my debit card and paid my bill. He was short with me and acted as if I was trying to scam you establishment for a $10.90 Chicken Fried Chicken special, at which time other Patrons waiting in line looked at me as if I was a crook. I immediately return to my bank and presented the bill in question, and was assured it was real and legal tender. I do not appreciate in way this type of treatment, or your manager accusations. The survey code on my receipt is [protected]. I will eat in one of establishment again, I will post this on all my media outlets including my website, as to make sure none of the followers make the mistake of visiting any of your establishments and are put through this type of [censor]! Cracker Barrel breakfast items

Cracker Barrel San Marcos, TX 2-4-18.
Biscuits cold, hashbrown casserole like a rock, eggs and sausage underdone, didnt receive parts of several orders. Almost every plate we ordered had issues. We would have had to send everything back & wait another 25 minutes & fear the food would come back out as bad as before so we advised the cashier so she could get a manager however all we were told was we should have told the server. Apparently the manager doesn't want to be bothered. We have been lifelong fans of CB but this experience is making us rethink patronizing a brand that cares nothing about their customers. I even sent a complaint online on 2-4-18 and to date have heard nothing further indicating no one cares. Very disappointing

Cracker Barrel no one ever contacted me back regarding an online order issue

I purchased a magnetic dart board online via cracker barrels website on black Friday.
I waited over a week (thinking it was held up in the mail) and then went online to check the status. It just says approved when I key in the order number.
I have left 2 voicemails on the only 1-800 number available on the website, emailed customer service and used the messenger service on the website. NO ONE has contacted me back!
This was a gift for tomorrow (12/7) and needless to say, I've had to do something completely different now.
I am beyond frustrated with the lack of any response from cracker barrel.

I have had the same issue with a online order. This also happened in Dec 2017 and here it is May and I am still continually contacting them without a return call as of today. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
