Bank of America review: The worst customer service setup of any bank system!

My card info was stolen - 7 hotel reservations were made - I was alerted via the way my notifications are setup. I IMMEDIATELY called BOA and reported it. They contacted NO ONE because it was the weekend, so the thugs were able to stay in the hotel 2 nights. BOA now wants me to pay for one night. In addition to spending countless hours of my time calling them - with hold averages of 30 minutes to an HOUR, it’s still not resolved. Of course, I will never pay them a dime, but I’ll cost them PLENTY(of dimes) until they fix this.

Recommendation: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is run like a 7/11 in the ghetto
